Season 3 (1995-1996)

Plot: Shawn is trying to convince his friends of the magic words: 'once upon a time'. While playing in the playground, by saying the magic words, it begins to rain. However, Barney and the kids quickly realize that Carlos is using a water hose.

Going inside the classroom, Barney's friends are still unconvinced of the magic words. Stella the Storyteller visits; and with some help from Barney, they help teach the kids that the magical effect of 'once upon a time' is the ability to tell wondrous, fantastical stories. Stella tries to unplug her suitcase; when all of a sudden, the case begins unpacking all of her props. Seeing this as an opportunity to show the kids the magic of storytelling, Barney and Stella come up with ways for the group to act out three classic fairy tales: Rumpelstiltskin, Rapunzel, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Baby Bop joins the group to help tell the latter two fairy tales.

After telling the three stories, Barney and the kids help Stella pack up her suitcase. The kids leave the school, learning the fun, imaginative process of storytelling.

02:57Barney's friends are big and small, they come from lots of places
03:01After school they meet to play and sing with happy faces
03:05Barney shows us lots of things, like how to play pretend
03:09ABCs and one-two-threes, and how to be a friend
03:13Barney comes to play with us whenever we may need him
03:17Barney can be your friend too if you just make believe in him
03:29I'm telling you, they really are magic words.
03:32I don't think so, Shawn.
03:34No way.
03:35Okay, I'll prove it.
03:37Just give me one minute.
03:47Okay, remember, the magic words are once upon a time.
04:01Oh, when we march, it's so much fun
04:19It's fun to march with everyone
04:23Oh, it makes us feel real happy
04:27When we march with everyone
04:30Oh, when we march, we love the beat
04:33It's so much fun to lift our feet
04:37As we're marching all together
04:41When we march, we love the beat
04:52Oh, when we march, we hear the drum
04:56As it plays, it's rum-tum-tum-tum
05:00Oh, we love to march together
05:03When we hear the marching drum
05:07Oh, when we march, we march somewhere
05:10Our marching takes us here to there
05:14Oh, we like to keep on moving
05:18When we march from here to there
05:22Jimmy's아서
05:27Hi, everybody.
05:29Hey, how are you, Shawn?
05:30Oh, hi.
05:31Well, that was some very fancy footwork...
05:34Marching here, marching there,
05:36Marching, marching everywhere.
05:39But, eh- Christian,
05:40why do you all
05:42have umbrellas on such a sunny day?
05:44To keep rain off, of course.
05:46Of course.
05:47But why do you think it's going to rain?
05:50Because I'm going to use my magic words and make it rain.
05:54Oh, I see.
05:56And where did you learn these magic words?
05:59In school from my teacher.
06:01She said four of the most magical words you could ever know are...
06:06once upon a time.
06:08Yes, those are very good words,
06:11but I don't think the teacher meant you can do real magic.
06:14Once upon a time, it started raining on a sunny day.
06:19Oh, it's lots of fun, but I'm not so sure about this.
06:22Hmm.
06:23Hey, it really is raining.
06:26And it's still a sunny day.
06:28Oh, boy.
06:30Rain, rain, go away.
06:32Come again another day.
06:34Barney's friends all want to play.
06:36Rain, rain, go away.
06:42It's raining, it's pouring.
06:44The old man is snoring.
06:46He went to bed and bumped his head.
06:48He couldn't get up in the morning.
06:55It's raining, it's pouring.
06:57Rain, rain, go away.
06:59The old man is snoring.
07:01Come again another day.
07:03He went to bed and bumped his head.
07:05Barney's friends all want to play.
07:07And couldn't get up in the morning.
07:11Rain, rain, go away.
07:13Come again another day.
07:15Barney's friends all want to play.
07:17Rain, rain, go away.
07:25The 2024 Kia Sportage was built for adventure.
07:28Sportage offers unmistakable style,
07:31plus all the comfort and space you crave
07:33with class-leading cargo room and second-row legroom.
07:36It's smart tech and advanced standard
07:38and available driver assistance.
07:40See? The words really are magic.
07:43Well, maybe it was going to rain anyway.
07:46Then let me try something else.
07:49Once upon a time, it started raining bubbles.
07:53Now that would be magic.
07:55It would, wouldn't it?
07:57Raining bubbles, how silly.
08:00Look, there are bubbles everywhere.
08:02And they tickle.
08:04I like this kind of rain.
08:06I never knew that it could rain bubbles.
08:09Sure, I can make it rain bubbles all day if I want to.
08:13Then why have all the bubbles stopped?
08:16Because my bubble machine just ran out of bubble juice.
08:21Carlos?
08:24Shine?
08:26Magic words, huh?
08:28Just kidding.
08:29Hi, Carlos.
08:31Hi, everybody.
08:32I guess we won't be needing these umbrellas anymore.
08:35Unless Shine and Carlos have more weather jokes planned.
08:39That's true.
08:41Bubble machine, huh?
08:43Nice to see that.
08:48But it was pretty funny.
08:50We had sunshine and rain and even bubbles.
08:53That's right.
08:55It seems like we had every kind of weather except snow.
09:02Now we've got snow.
09:05Where's the snow coming from?
09:08It's our good friend Stella the Storyteller.
09:17Good dog.
09:19Good dog?
09:20Good dog.
09:21That's how they say hello in Norway.
09:24And that's where I just came from.
09:27It's just a bit snowy there today.
09:30May I help you with your bag, Stella?
09:32Why, thank you, Barney.
09:35Is it winter in Norway?
09:36Not really.
09:37But in some parts of Norway, it's cold and snowy almost all year round.
09:42Why, thank you.
09:44Oh, and thank you, Barney.
09:47My toes feel just like icicles.
09:53Let us help you with your snowshoes.
09:55Why, thank you.
09:57When I was in Norway just now, I thought I heard someone say,
10:03Once upon a time.
10:06And that reminds me of a story.
10:09In fact, once upon a time reminds me of all my stories.
10:13Oh, I'm not surprised.
10:15Because those are the four words that tell us we're about to hear something wonderful.
10:22When you say the words, once upon a time,
10:26then you know a story will be told.
10:30When you hear me say, once upon a time,
10:34then a wondrous adventure will unfold.
10:38Once upon a time means it's time to pretend,
10:41let your imagination go.
10:45On a journey into story land
10:49to hear a tale from long ago.
10:54Once upon a time.
10:57Once upon a time means a story to tell,
11:03a tale to share with everybody everywhere.
11:09Once upon a time.
11:13Once upon a time means a story to tell,
11:19a tale to share.
11:21When you hear the words, once upon a time.
11:28You know the words, once upon a time,
11:30open the door to all sorts of stories and imaginary adventures.
11:35Like Jack and the Beanstalk.
11:37Little Red Riding Hood.
11:38Johnny Appleseed.
11:39The Three Bears.
11:41I think they all lived happily ever after.
11:45Once upon a time.
11:49Once upon a time means a story to tell,
11:54a tale to share with everybody everywhere.
12:01Once upon a time.
12:04Once upon a time means a story to tell,
12:10a tale to share.
12:12When you hear the words, once upon a time.
12:20When you hear the words, once upon a time.
12:31Stella, could we please hear a story right now?
12:34Could we please?
12:36Well, I think that could be arranged.
12:40Let's see.
12:41Which story shall I tell?
12:44This one.
12:47That's funny.
12:49Seems I have so many things in here
12:53to tell so many stories with
12:57that I think that everything is
13:01stuck.
13:02Whoa!
13:04Whoa!
13:17Look at that!
13:20I guess I really did have too many things in there.
13:24Wow!
13:25You sure keep a lot of wonderful things in your bag, Stella.
13:31These are the things I use to tell stories
13:33to children all over the world.
13:36Seems a shame to put everything back in my suitcase
13:38without even telling the stories.
13:40But we'd like to hear the stories.
13:42We sure would.
13:43Yeah, we sure would.
13:44What, all of them?
13:45All of them.
13:47Maybe we could even help you tell some of the stories.
13:51Sure.
13:52And we can use our imaginations, too.
13:54Uh-huh.
13:55Well, that would make it more fun
13:57while I'm packing my suitcase.
14:00All right, we'll do it.
14:02Yay!
14:06What is this thing, anyway?
14:08Oh, that's a spinning wheel, Carlos.
14:10A long time ago, people used them
14:12to help turn sheep's wool into cloth.
14:15That's right, Barney.
14:16But in the story of Rumpelstiltskin,
14:19the spinning wheel is used for something else.
14:23Once upon a time,
14:27there was a young girl who usually lived on a small farm.
14:32The king had heard stories
14:34that the girl could spin straw into gold,
14:38so he brought her to his castle.
14:41Young lady, people in the village say
14:44you can spin straw into gold,
14:46and I just love gold.
14:48But, Your Highness, I can't...
14:50Tonight you will be locked in this room,
14:52and I want you to spin all of the straw into gold.
14:57If you can do it,
14:59I will marry you and make you my queen.
15:02But what if I can't do it?
15:04Then you'll be locked in this room for the rest of your life
15:08with bread and water for every meal
15:11and no dessert ever.
15:14Not even a banana?
15:16Not even a banana.
15:19Okay, I'll try.
15:21The young girl wanted to spin the straw into gold.
15:25She tried and tried,
15:27but she just couldn't do it.
15:30So she cried and cried.
15:33Boo-hoo! Boo-hoo!
15:36I'm trying to spin all this straw into gold,
15:39but it still looks like cow food.
15:41Oh, boo-hoo!
15:45And just when that girl was as sad as she could be,
15:49something magical happened.
15:52Don't cry, Missy. Your troubles are over.
15:56Who are you?
15:58I'm, uh, let's just say I'm a friend.
16:02A friend who knows how to spin straw into gold.
16:06You can? Oh, will you please?
16:09I'll do it if you promise to give me your first baby
16:13after you marry the king.
16:15The girl was so scared
16:17that she would have promised almost anything.
16:20She said,
16:22All right, I promise.
16:24Hee-hee! Then step aside and watch me do my stuff.
16:30And that funny little man
16:32began spinning the straw into gold.
16:39Here I sit at your spinning wheel
16:41Spinning wheel, spinning wheel
16:43Here I sit at your spinning wheel
16:45To spin it all into gold now
16:51This is the way we load the straw
16:53Load the straw, load the straw
16:55This is the way we load the straw
16:57To spin it all into gold now
17:04This is the way we turn the wheel
17:06Turn the wheel, turn the wheel
17:08This is the way we turn the wheel
17:10To spin the straw into gold now
17:17Watch the gold come out of the wheel
17:19Out of the wheel, out of the wheel
17:21I see it coming out of the wheel
17:23The straw is turning to gold now
17:30Now we'll spin it all night long
17:32All night long, all night long
17:34Now we'll spin it all night long
17:36The straw will turn into gold now
17:40That funny little man spun all night long.
17:45And in the morning...
17:47Ah!
17:49Every piece of straw had been spun into gold.
17:55Well, it's time to go.
17:57See you later.
18:01Okay, time's up.
18:03Hey, look at this gold.
18:06You did it.
18:08Please say you will marry me and be my queen.
18:11Well, I'm not sure.
18:13From now on, I'll be the nicest king you ever saw.
18:16Well, okay.
18:20And so the two were married.
18:23And a year later, the king and queen had a beautiful baby daughter.
18:28Well, I've got some king stuff to do.
18:31See you later, queen. Bye-bye.
18:35And that's when the funny little man came back.
18:42I'm back!
18:45It's you.
18:47I didn't think you were ever coming back.
18:49Yep, a deal's a deal.
18:51Now hand over that baby.
18:53She's going to live with me.
18:55Oh, please don't take her.
18:59Ah, don't cry again.
19:04Okay, here's what I'll do.
19:06I'll give you three days to guess my name.
19:10If you can do it, you can keep your baby.
19:13Is your name, uh, Fred?
19:15No.
19:16Charlie?
19:18Nope.
19:19Wilbur?
19:20Uh-uh.
19:21Leopold?
19:22Leopold, no.
19:24The queen guessed every name she could think of that first day.
19:28But none of them was right.
19:32So the second day, she started guessing some very strange names.
19:38Pickle-nose Joan?
19:40No.
19:42Fungus-tea Jelly Belly?
19:45No.
19:46Stanley Stinky Toast?
19:48Nope.
19:49Herkimer Wiggle Squish?
19:51Herkimer Wiggle Squish?
19:53No, no!
19:55Okay, that's your last guess for today.
19:58See you tomorrow.
20:02The queen was worried.
20:04But she had an idea.
20:07She called for her most trusted guard.
20:13You rang, Your Majesty?
20:18And then sent him out into the village to see what he could learn.
20:23Your wish is my command.
20:27And when he returned the next day, this is what he said.
20:32Your Majesty, I have returned.
20:35And what did you find out, Sir Barney?
20:37Well, while I was walking through the woods,
20:40I saw a funny little man who was singing and dancing by a campfire.
20:45He was singing,
20:46The queen is going to lose the game for Rumpelstiltskin is my name.
20:51Rumpelstiltskin, huh?
20:54You may go now.
20:56And thank you very much.
20:58Oh, no, thank you, Your Majesty.
21:00It was my pleasure.
21:08It's me, and it's day three.
21:11Can you guess my name?
21:13Is your name, uh, Byron Butterbean?
21:16Byron Butterbean? No.
21:19Itchy Scratchnoggin?
21:21Itchy Scratchnoggin? No.
21:24All right, that's it.
21:26And I'll give you one more guess.
21:29Then I'll guess, um, Rumpelstiltskin?
21:33What? You did it!
21:35My name is Rumpelstiltskin, and I'm going home.
21:40Arrgh!
21:43Rumpelstiltskin never bothered the king and queen again.
21:47And they all lived happily ever after.
21:51The end.
21:57Let's put these things back in my bag now.
22:01That was a wonderful story.
22:03I liked it, too.
22:04Oh, and Sean, you did a very nice job playing Rumpelstiltskin.
22:08Yeah, thanks, guys.
22:10Thanks. I'm just glad I don't have a great big name like that in real life.
22:14Oh, I don't know.
22:16It could be a lot of fun having a big name.
22:23John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
22:27His name is my name, too
22:30Whenever I go out, the people always shout
22:34There goes John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
22:37Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
22:40Okay, a little softer this time.
22:43John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
22:46His name is my name, too
22:50Whenever I go out, the people always shout
22:54There goes John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
22:57Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
23:00Oh, even softer now.
23:03John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
23:07His name is my name, too
23:11Whenever I go out, the people always shout
23:14There goes John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
23:17Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
23:20Okay, everybody, tiptoe voices.
23:23John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
23:27His name is my name, too
23:30Whenever I go out, the people always shout
23:34There goes John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
23:37Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
23:39Oh, yeah!
23:41Oh, yeah!
23:43Well, look who's here.
23:45Hi, everybody. Hi, Barney.
23:47Hi, Stella.
23:49I didn't know you were listening.
23:51Oh, yes, I was.
23:53I listened when you were very, very quiet.
23:57And I listened when you were very, very loud.
24:02Baby Bob, would you like to be part of our next story?
24:05Oh, yes, please.
24:07That's good, because my next story is about a beautiful young girl
24:11who's way up high.
24:14Oh, this is gonna be fun.
24:22Oh, Stella.
24:24You look bewitching.
24:27Well, that's good, because for this next story,
24:30I want you all to use your imaginations
24:33and make believe that I am a witch.
24:36A really scary witch?
24:38Oh, no, not a scary witch.
24:40More like a silly witch.
24:45And I also want you to imagine an enchanted castle,
24:49the highest, tallest castle anyone has ever seen.
24:54Oh, my.
24:56How can we do that?
24:58All we have to do is pretend
25:00and think of all the things that make a castle so special.
25:05Fairy tale castles with beautiful flags
25:09Flying higher than you've ever seen
25:13Just imagine all of the things you could see
25:17Maybe even a king or a queen
25:21Castles so high, up to the sky
25:25I know that I would love to go there
25:29Castles so high, up to the sky
25:33Wouldn't you love to go, too?
25:37I can almost see it now.
25:40Magical places and musical things
25:44Big surprises and so much more
25:48We could ride a horse, having fun of course
25:52An adventure like never before
25:56Castles so high, up to the sky
26:00I know that I would love to go there
26:04Castles so high, up to the sky
26:08Wouldn't you love to go, too?
26:12Wouldn't you love to go, too?
26:17Oh, goody.
26:18Okay, everybody take a seat.
26:20Okay.
26:23Once upon a time,
26:25there was a beautiful girl named Rapunzel.
26:28That's me.
26:30Ever since she was a little baby,
26:32she had lived with the witch
26:34in the tallest tower of the biggest castle in all the land.
26:38I'm way up high,
26:42and I can't get out.
26:44No, she couldn't get out.
26:46That's what I said.
26:48Oh, sorry.
26:49Because the castle didn't have any doors or any stairs.
26:52In fact, there was only one way to get inside.
26:57Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair
27:00so I can climb the golden stair.
27:04Okay, Miss Witch, here it comes.
27:07Here it comes.
27:17Rapunzel's hair was so long,
27:19it reached all the way to the ground.
27:22And every day, the witch would climb Rapunzel's hair
27:26all the way up to the window.
27:31Oh, there.
27:33Oh, there you go.
27:37We really should get an elevator.
27:39I know.
27:41Ouch!
27:43Poor Rapunzel.
27:44She couldn't get out of the tower,
27:46and she didn't have any friends.
27:48Nope.
27:50But one day when the witch was gone,
27:53a brave boy from the village came to the castle,
27:57and he sang Rapunzel a song of love.
28:02Ooh, pretty music!
28:06Does your hair hang low?
28:08Does it wobble to and fro?
28:10Can you tie it in a knot?
28:12Can you tie it in a bow?
28:14Can you throw it on your shoulder
28:16like a continental soldier?
28:18Does your hair hang low?
28:20Yes, my hair hangs low, and it wobbles to and fro.
28:24I can tie it in a knot, I can tie it in a bow.
28:28I can throw it on my shoulder
28:30like a continental soldier,
28:32cause my hair hangs low.
28:35Ooh, sing some more!
28:37Does your hair hang low?
28:39Does it wobble to and fro?
28:41Can you tie it in a knot?
28:43Can you tie it in a bow?
28:45I can throw it on my shoulder
28:47like a continental soldier,
28:49cause my hair hangs low.
28:52Then the boy called out the words
28:55he had heard the witch say.
28:58Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair
29:01so I can climb the golden stair.
29:08Quick as a wink, the boy climbed Rapunzel's hair.
29:15There we go!
29:17Hi!
29:19Wow, your hair is really amazing!
29:23Oh, thank you!
29:26What's your secret?
29:28I use baby shampoo!
29:31Oh!
29:33After that, the boy came to visit Rapunzel
29:36every day while the witch was gone,
29:38and he hoped that someday
29:40he could think of a way
29:42to bring Rapunzel down from the tower.
29:44What happened next, Barney?
29:46Yes, what happened?
29:48Well...
29:50One day, when the witch came back to the castle...
29:54Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair
29:57so I can climb the golden stair!
30:16Ouch! You're too heavy!
30:19I'm not very heavy!
30:21You're heavier than my friend is!
30:24Your friend?
30:26Uh-oh!
30:28Oh! You've been tricking me!
30:31What? I know how to play tricks, too!
30:35But I...
30:39And the very next day...
30:42Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair
30:46so I can climb the golden stair!
30:51Oh!
31:02Rapunzel!
31:04You really need to get an elevator!
31:07And you need to get better glasses!
31:11The witch!
31:13She cut off my hair
31:15and put it on her own head!
31:18That's naughty!
31:20I had to think of something first!
31:23You know, Miss Witch,
31:25you look really good with long hair!
31:28I do?
31:30Yes! I guess maybe I do!
31:34But I don't think the hair looks quite as nice as it used to.
31:39No, it doesn't!
31:41What's wrong with my hair?
31:43Well, Rapunzel used baby shampoo every day.
31:47I'll bet if you did, too,
31:49it would really be beautiful!
31:51Yes! I guess maybe it would!
31:55All right, boy, get the baby shampoo
31:58and pour it on my hair!
32:00Yes, ma'am!
32:09There you go! Don't forget to rub it in!
32:12Oh, I won't! I won't!
32:15Hey, what's this?
32:18My hands are stuck to my head!
32:23That's because I didn't put baby shampoo on your hair.
32:27Huh?
32:28I used glue!
32:30Ew!
32:31Tricked again!
32:33Oh, yay! Yay!
32:36Hey, hey, let's get out of here!
32:38Okay.
32:39Hurry! Hurry!
32:43After you, Rapunzel!
32:45Thank you!
32:46Rapunzel and the brave boy slid right down the witch's hair!
32:51Wow!
32:55And do you know what?
32:57Yeah, I know!
32:59They all lived happily ever after!
33:02That's right!
33:08Oh, you're good about putting away your toys!
33:12Why, thank you, Baby Bob!
33:14I think everything's going to fit back into my suitcase just fine!
33:17Goodie!
33:18But am I forgetting something?
33:20Only all this hair!
33:23Right!
33:24Bring it on over!
33:25Here it comes!
33:26Oh, there's the hair!
33:28Hair train coming through!
33:30Bye-bye, hair!
33:35Wow!
33:36Are you sure all of this is going to fit in there?
33:39I'm sure!
33:45Stella, I don't think you have too much more to pack!
33:52In fact, I think we can use all of these things in one last story!
33:57We can?
33:58What story uses all of this stuff?
34:00Well, it's a story that's not too long...
34:04And it's not too short!
34:06It's just right!
34:09I don't know! Why?
34:11I know that story! It's the three bears!
34:14Ow!
34:15Why don't you tell it, Tasha?
34:17Okay!
34:21Once upon a time, there were three bears who lived in a little house in the woods.
34:28There was a papa bear...
34:30That's me!
34:32A mama bear...
34:33Hello!
34:35And a cute little baby bear...
34:37With a cute little blankie!
34:40One morning, they were all going to have porridge for breakfast.
34:44Hey! I wanted waffles!
34:47But when they took a bite, they got a surprise!
34:52Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!
34:56I think it's too hot to eat!
34:58I think you're right!
35:00Then I think we should all go for a walk in the woods!
35:03And by the time we get home, the porridge will be...
35:06Will be waffles?
35:07No, but the porridge will be cool enough to eat!
35:11Oh, okay!
35:13I know! Let's go for a walk over the mountain!
35:15It's so pretty this time of year!
35:18Good idea!
35:19Oh, a walk! Goodie!
35:21The bears went over the mountain...
35:24The bears went over the mountain...
35:26The bears went over the mountain...
35:29To see what they could see!
35:31To see what they could see!
35:34To see what they could see!
35:36The bears went over the mountain...
35:39To see what they could see!
35:42Whoa! Are we there yet?
35:44The other side of the mountain...
35:47The other side of the mountain...
35:49The other side of the mountain...
35:52Was all that they could see!
35:54Was all that they could see!
35:57Was all that they could see!
35:59The other side of the mountain...
36:02Was all that they could see!
36:05The bears went over the mountain...
36:08The bears went over the mountain...
36:10The bears went over the mountain...
36:13To see what they could see!
36:15And so, the bears went on their walk, just as happy as can be.
36:20Now, in this very same woods, at the very same time,
36:24there was a little girl named Goldilocks.
36:27She had seen the little house in the woods and wondered who lived inside.
36:33Hello? Is anyone home?
36:37I guess not.
36:40Would anyone mind if I take a look inside?
36:44I guess not.
36:48Mmm, something smells good.
36:51Maybe it's waffles.
36:55Guess I'll have to set up for some porridge for breakfast.
36:59So she took a taste from Papa Bear's bowl.
37:02Wow, this porridge is much too hot!
37:07So, she took a taste from Mama Bear's bowl.
37:11Burr, this porridge is much too cold!
37:16So then she took a taste from Baby Bear's bowl.
37:22Mmm, this porridge is just right!
37:30Oh, that was really good!
37:34I wonder what other things there are in this little house.
37:40Oh, I'm sure no one would mind if I sat down for a little while.
37:44I am a bit tired.
37:47So she sat down in Papa Bear's chair.
37:51Ouch, this chair is much too hard!
37:55So then she sat in Mama Bear's chair.
37:59Ooh, this chair is much too soft!
38:04So then she sat down on Baby Bear's chair.
38:08Ah, this chair is just right!
38:16Oh well.
38:19All this eating and sitting has made me sleepy.
38:24So Goldilocks climbed the stairs.
38:26So Goldilocks climbed the stairs and found three beds.
38:32So she laid down on Papa Bear's bed.
38:37Ouch, this bed is much too hard!
38:42So she laid down on Mama Bear's bed.
38:46This bed is much too soft!
38:50So then she laid down on Baby Bear's bed.
38:54This bed is just right!
38:59So Goldilocks pulled up Baby Bear's blankie and fell fast asleep.
39:07And that's when the three bears got home.
39:10The bears came back from the mountain!
39:13The bears came back from the mountain!
39:16The bears came back from the mountain!
39:19Say, that's funny.
39:21I don't remember leaving our door open.
39:24Oh, me either.
39:26Maybe we should take a look around.
39:28Oh, okay.
39:30But be careful, Papa Bear.
39:32Okay, let's see what we can see.
39:34Hello?
39:35Is anyone in here?
39:37Hello?
39:38Oh, what if it's a bear?
39:40Oh no!
39:42Wait a minute!
39:44We are bears!
39:46Oh yeah!
39:48I forgot!
39:51Hey!
39:52Someone's been eating my porridge!
39:54Someone's been eating my porridge!
39:56Someone's been eating my porridge too and it's all gone!
40:00So now can I have waffles?
40:02That's so silly.
40:04It's a baby waffle.
40:06Oh well.
40:07Let's take a look around here.
40:09Uh-oh!
40:10Someone's been sitting in my chair!
40:13Someone's been sitting in my chair!
40:16Someone's been sitting in my chair too!
40:19And they broke it!
40:21Hey, this is not my fault!
40:24Then the three bears climbed the stairs to their bedroom.
40:28I'm sleepy.
40:30So am I.
40:31Take a nap.
40:33Oh look!
40:35Someone's been sleeping in my bed!
40:38Someone's been sleeping in my bed!
40:40Hello?
40:41Oh, hey!
40:43Someone's been sleeping in my bed too and she's still here!
40:49Look!
40:53Are you sleeping?
40:56Are you sleeping?
40:59All day long.
41:01All day long.
41:04Morning bells are ringing.
41:07Morning bells are ringing.
41:10Ding, ding, dong.
41:12Ding, ding, dong.
41:16Oh, that's a pretty song!
41:21Are you sleeping?
41:24Are you sleeping?
41:26Are you sleeping?
41:29Are you sleeping?
41:32All day long.
41:34All day long.
41:37Morning bells are ringing.
41:40Morning bells are ringing.
41:43Ding, ding, dong.
41:45Ding, ding, dong.
41:48Ding, ding, dong.
41:51Hey, hey, hey!
41:53She's got my blankie!
41:55Hey!
41:56Goldilocks woke up and she was so scared
41:59that she ran past the bears and down the stairs
42:02and past the chairs and out the door.
42:05And she kept running till she was all the way home.
42:09Look at the mess that little girl left in here!
42:13How awful! Waffles, where?
42:15I want a waffle, please!
42:18And from that day to this,
42:20Goldilocks never went inside a house without permission.
42:24And the three bears never forgot to lock their door.
42:30The end.
42:35Need help doing the dishes?
42:38No, thank you, Barney. I think I've got them.
42:42In fact, I think I've got just about everything packed up again.
42:47Oh, goody.
42:50Are you sleepy, Baby Bear?
42:52Uh-huh. The three bears is my favorite bedtime story.
42:57And right now, I feel like a nap would be just right.
43:04Bye-bye!
43:05Bye-bye!
43:07See you. Have a nice nap.
43:10Bye-bye!
43:11Well, I really should be going, too.
43:13I've got to take my stories to another part of the world.
43:16Then don't forget your snowshoes.
43:18Snowshoes? Oh, my goodness, I forgot.
43:21I'll have to change clothes for the place I'm going next.
43:25Thank you. Oh, don't forget my cape.
43:28Can't forget that.
43:30Thank you. Pardon me. I'll just be a moment.
43:36But, Stella, how are you going to change clothes?
43:39The clothes I had on, they're reversible.
43:42I just turn them inside out, upside down, back and forth,
43:47and they look like this.
43:51Great!
43:53Just right for storytelling in Hawaii.
43:57I have had a wonderful time today.
44:00But I always do, whenever I come to visit.
44:04Stella, wait!
44:06You almost forgot this book.
44:08I think it goes in your suitcase.
44:10Thank you, Shawn.
44:12This is a story I want to share with children all over the world.
44:16What's it about?
44:18Oh, it's about a very special dinosaur
44:23and his very special friends.
44:26Could we hear the story?
44:29You don't need to hear it.
44:31You're already in it.
44:34But I will tell you how it ends.
44:37And they all lived happily ever after.
44:42That's my very favorite ending.
44:46Well, now it really is time for me to go.
44:49So, as they say in Hawaii, aloha.
44:53Aloha, Stella.
