Holders of motorcycle licence Class B1/B2 need to clear any outstanding summonses and blacklist issues before they can qualify for the Special Transition Programme to Class B licence, says the Road Transport Department (JPJ). 00:07According to the announcement by the Minister yesterday, two days ago,

00:13so that the conditions are released to the Malaysian people who want to have B-Full lessons,

00:21so we have released the conditions, there are no more conditions for B2, 10 years in a row.

00:29We have implemented the conditions immediately, and the public who have B2 lessons for 10 years and above,

00:40and there is no blacklist or no suspension will be eligible to apply for B-Full lessons.

00:49However, the public needs to check the qualification through the MyJPJ application or the JPJ counter or JPJ portal.

01:44JPJ application and PDRM, we have a link with PDRM.
