00:00The bold and the beautiful spoilers, Steffi's new recruit Ridge corners Taylor.

00:06After Taylor reveals her diagnosis, Ridge reacts in a way we rarely see, he's deeply

00:10emotional and determined not to let her health deteriorate.

00:14Ridge refuses to stay silent without doing something, so he strikes a deal with Taylor,

00:19he'll keep her condition private if she agrees to see another doctor for a second opinion.

00:24Though Taylor feels there's no point in seeking further medical advice, Ridge insists on it.

00:30So Grace will return and probably treat Taylor.

00:33With Ridge's persistence, Grace agrees to take on Taylor's case.

00:38Before long, Taylor is discussing her symptoms with Grace as Ridge nervously supports her.

00:44Meanwhile, Will decides to take the plunge, but still needs to convince Steffi that he's

00:48ready to commit.

00:50New Step

00:52Wednesday, October 2nd, brings some seriously intense moments as Taylor faces a crossroads.

00:59Ridge is showing a side we don't often see, his vulnerable, emotional self after Taylor

01:03dropped a bombshell about her diagnosis.

01:07But don't think for a second that Ridge is going to sit idly by and watch Taylor's health decline.

01:12Oh no, he's got a plan.

01:15And part of that plan involves a promise, he won't tell anyone about her condition if

01:19she agrees to one thing.

01:21What does Ridge want?

01:23For Taylor to see another doctor for a second opinion, of course.

01:28Taylor, however, has already resigned herself to what's happening and doesn't see how consulting

01:33another doctor is going to change anything.

01:36But Ridge, being the persistent guy he is, won't take no for an answer.

01:41So Dr. Grace Buckingham will be returning soon.

01:45Fans will remember Grace as the mother of Paris and Zoe, but she's also the cardiologist

01:50who treated Katie.

01:52With Ridge's urging, Grace agrees to see Taylor, and soon enough, Taylor's going over her symptoms

01:57with Grace while Ridge anxiously waits by her side.

02:01Tests are ordered, and everyone's holding their breath for the results that could change

02:04everything.

02:06While Taylor's health drama unfolds, we've also got Will contemplating his future.

02:12Katie's been working hard to push him toward an internship at Forrester Creations, but

02:16Will hasn't been entirely sold on the idea of working in fashion.

02:20However, he's slowly coming around to the idea, seeing how much it means to his mother.

02:26Will decides to give it a shot, but now he's got the tough job of convincing Stuffy that

02:30he's serious about making Forrester Creations his home.
