00:48And that was the dirtiest I think I've ever been as a human being to date.
00:50I'm kind of claustrophobic too.
00:52So that too was not fun to be in.

01:06It's fun to see those type of scenes where it goes from exterior on a location
01:08and how seamless it goes.
01:10I think my favorite moment
01:12has stayed the same
01:14when we find the gold
01:16and John B. jumps in the Twinkie
01:18and the Pogues kind of have this first big win
01:20and it sort of sets up the ending.
01:22The first big win.
01:24And it sort of sets up the entire season of these kids
01:26going after this one idea of being rich.
01:28And I think that's every teenager's dream.
01:30And then everything kind of goes south.
01:32I'm going to tell you how to do your job.
01:34I got one!
01:36Yeah, I got smacked with that wrench a lot by the way.
01:38Curly C was learning how to stage fight.
01:40So that wrench got me a couple times.
01:42How many times did you rehearse this fight?
01:44Not as many as we should.
01:46Shooting on that ship too
01:48it was the hottest
01:50like that's for sure real sweat.
01:52I mean it was like
01:54woah!
01:56We did what, four days straight?
01:58Maybe more.
02:00Including the top day.
02:02And when you go out there
02:04there's no doing your scene and going back
02:06so you have to stay on the boat
02:08for as long.
02:10So if you had one scene through
02:12you would normally have.
02:14I would sleep down in the cabin.
02:16The only scene that we had that was actually in the container
02:18where we're in it
02:20we shot that on our stages.
02:22Everything else was practical.
02:24Everything else was in the middle of the ocean.
02:26It was like our first major experience
02:28on some really daunting days.
02:32We got somebody on us.
02:34That's JJ and Key.
02:38This one was sick.
02:40Where am I?
02:42You're with Daddy.
02:44I just remember I had like a week off
02:46in the entirety of the show.
02:48They were like we're shooting nights for
02:50six days.
02:52The sequence took a while.
02:54That truck and that scooter
02:56are like attached with a little hitch.
02:58It's a motorcycle.
03:00Scooter? Really?
03:02It's a disrespector.
03:04The dirt bike and the truck
03:06are attached with a little hitch
03:08and so when they're doing the pass overs
03:10the bike is actually attached to the truck
03:12so that's pretty safe.
03:14Safe the entire time.
03:22Oh yeah, you got your legs bit by the gators.
03:24Yeah.
03:26I was during the winter.
03:28We shot all this stuff.
03:30It was so cold. We got to set that day
03:32and we were driving up and there was permafrost
03:34on all the bushes.
03:36We had issues with the hot tubs too
03:38because usually when you get in the water
03:40you get out of the water and then you go sit in the hot tub
03:42and after take four
03:44the hot tubs were filled with the swamp water
03:46and so we just all were huddled around
03:48space heaters.
03:50And that water interface feels like needles.
03:52It was like a cold plunge on steroids.
03:54Oh wait, they had to CGI breath out.
03:56Yeah.
03:58You came out of the water and you were like
04:00like breathing fire.
04:02Oh, you're a baby.
04:04Oh man, I was 19.
04:06You couldn't even legally drink.
04:08Couldn't do anything.
04:10You shoot him with a screwdriver.
04:12Yeah, I was going to pop him with a screwdriver.
04:14Was this the first scene that you guys
04:16shot?
04:18We re-shot this so many times
04:20and it was so early in the morning.
04:22Well, we kept having to re-shoot it
04:24and it was so early in the morning
04:26that we had to re-shoot it.

04:32because we messed up the light.
04:34And then that was the final time
04:36that we had shot it.
04:38It was like week 3, end of the show,
04:40so we had all kind of gotten enough chemistry
04:42and time to get to know each other a little better.
04:44And I think it really played into
04:46showing the dynamic of the friends.
04:48Yeah, there's one fall.
04:50There's my first fall.
04:52You only get one chance at a first impression.
04:54What's crazy is that fall right there,
04:56I had a piece of, I don't know,
04:58something go directly into my eardrum
05:00and that sucks.
05:02You've lost hearing in that.
05:04What?

05:08I just like when I get to be on set with you guys
05:10because I never am.
