00:05removed from his position after pointing a gun at a truck driver at the Mindanao toll

00:11plaza in Valenzuela.

00:13The incident has been recorded in a video.

00:17According to the initial investigation by Valenzuela Police, the delivery truck hit

00:22the officer's car.

00:23The officer chased and forced him out of the truck and then arrested him.

00:27The Philippine National Police Civil Security Group clarified that a police officer can

00:31make an arrest even if he is not in uniform.

00:34They are looking into whether the officer violated any police procedures during the

00:38said arrest.
