00:00R.I.D.E. Tools for Tubes and Presses since 1896.
00:04We present the Rotary Tube Cutter for Reduced Spaces designed by R.I.D.E.
00:09Ideal for a straight cut in difficult conditions like a ditch or underwater.
00:15It does not use electricity and offers a cold cut without producing a spark,
00:18which makes it safer and allows it to be used in noise-free areas.
00:22It only needs 5 inches of space around the tube to rotate the tool,
00:27which allows less excavation work.
00:30Its ergonomic design offers a maximum cut pressure,
00:33generating the least fatigue for the operator, without moving from their place.
00:36This R.I.D.E. invention works with thermally treated rapid steel blades,
00:41which can cut steel tubes, cast iron and cast iron.
00:45First, unscrew the tube cutter tensioners in a uniform way.
00:49Then, disconnect the unlocking pins and place the tool around the tube.
00:54Reconnect the unlocking pins and adjust the tensioners evenly
00:58until the four wheels come into contact with the tube.
01:01Use the mobile handle to start rotating the tube cutter and start cutting.
01:05After each turn, adjust the tensioners so that the blades are always uniformly penetrating the tube.
01:11As you continue to rotate the tool, the cut will advance and the procedure will finally be completed.
01:18An original R.I.D.E. tool.
