00:00It was just a normal day for a traffic personnel in the middle of the road in Cebu City, when a SUV arrived that was not on the right line.

00:14The enforcer got angry here.

00:16But the SUV continued to run until the enforcer got angry.

00:21Because of the incident, the man fell, but he got up immediately.

00:26He was rushed to the hospital and his condition is now better.

00:30The incident reached the mayor and the driver of the SUV believes that it was an accident.

00:36The driver and enforcer got angry.

00:39The driver was still planning to hit the SUV.

00:42What they did was too much.

00:44I really think that it was done with malice.

00:46This is not an accident.

00:48This is a robbery.

00:50The Cebu City Transportation Office is now in charge of the LTO's responsibility because of the incident.

00:57The traffic enforcer and driver are both not facing the media.

01:01In Davao City, the man was caught holding up in an establishment.

01:06He was wearing a helmet as if he was turning around in his small bag.

01:11He suddenly went to the cashier and declared a hold up.

01:14Because of the shock and fear, the cashier was forced to give the money to the suspect.

01:19It was also caught on CCTV that the suspect suddenly ran away while riding his motorcycle.

01:23Some of the suspects were fined P10,000 for the gold necklace of the cashier,

01:28P50,000 for the wedding ring that is worth P18,000.

01:34We did an investigation and then we coordinated a summarization of the incidents that happened.

01:41We did a brief description of the suspects that we saw on TV.

01:46We also collected copies of the incidents that were reported by the Public Safety and Security Office.

01:52As of now, the police are still looking for the suspect.
