00:00The Supreme Court dismissed the request for a writ of amparo by Attorney Harry Roque against the contempt and detention order of the Quadcom of the Camera.

00:16But the Supreme Court said, the writ of amparo does not apply to the congressional contempt and detention orders because it is only limited to extrajudicial killings or forced disappearances.
