00:23at the top of the cliff, not just pick up the mess when kids, and so you've got to invest
00:28in health, you've got to invest in education.
00:30I would say it's gotten progressively worse over the years, definitely.
00:37Youths hanging around, literally with nothing to do, nowhere for them to go and stuff and
00:41everything, so I think it needs something that needs addressing, there needs to be more
00:44places and things for them to keep them entertained and stuff and off the streets.
00:49So yeah, we see lots of small crime, petty theft, stealing out of shops and stuff and
00:56everything, so yeah, I think it's got worse.
