Donald Trump gave what he himself described as a “dark speech” at a rally in Wisconsin on Saturday, calling President Biden and Vice President Harris “mentally impaired” and fantasizing about migrant crime. Veuer’s Matt Hoffman has the story.

00:08In his remarks, the former president called President Biden and Vice President Harris

00:13Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way. And if you think about it,

00:20only a mentally disabled person could have allowed this to happen to our country.

00:25Anybody would know this.

00:26The statements drew criticism from the American Association of People with Disabilities.

00:30President and CEO Maria Towne said in a statement,

00:33Donald Trump's ableist comments yesterday say far more about him and his inaccurate,

00:37hateful biases against disabled people than it does about Vice President Harris

00:41or any person with a disability.

00:43Trump has previously been accused of ableism for seemingly

00:46mocking disabled reporter Serge Kovaleski in 2015.

00:50Now the poor guy, you got to see this guy.

00:51Oh, I don't know what I said. I don't remember.

00:55Trump also spent much of his Saturday speech fantasizing about migrant crime.

00:59I will liberate Wisconsin from this mass migrant invasion of murderers,

01:05rapists, hoodlums, drug dealers, thugs.

01:08They make our criminals look like babies.

01:11These are stone cold killers.

01:14They'll walk into your kitchen, they'll cut your throat.

01:16Rape, pillage,

01:18thieve, plunder and kill the people of the United States of America.

01:24People who are going to walk into your house, break into your door

01:30and they'll do anything they want.

01:33They'll do anything they want.

01:34These people are animals.
