✤ TIP - If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg. - If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time. - For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour. Change the cold water once in the middle.
