दिल्ली के नांगल राया इलाके में करीब 15 दिनों से लोग पानी की किल्लत से जूझ रहे हैं. लोग स्थानीय नेता से अधिकारियों तक से गुहार लगा चुके हैं, लेकिन उन्हें मदद नहीं मिली.

00:43The last department we went to, they said, we don't have any staff, we will work when we have staff.

00:48If there is no staff, we will starve to death.

00:51It has been 15 days, there is no water for 15 days.

00:54The borewell water used to come, but now it is dirty.

00:56It has been 2-2.5 years, but the drinking water has not come.

00:58We are buying and drinking the drinking water.
