00:00There was a village in which there lived a very mischievous boy.
00:04The name of that mischievous boy was Ganu.
00:07In this village, many small children used to play.
00:12But Ganu's father used to send him to graze their ship in the farms.
00:17His father used to say,
00:19Ganu, take the ship to the farms.
00:23Let them eat the grass and you keep an eye on them.
00:27Or else one day a wolf will come and eat our ship.
00:31So keep an eye on them.
00:34Poor Ganu, he used to take the ship to graze leaving his playtime.
00:39There was a stone on which he used to sit.
00:42He used to get so bored of sitting there as there were none of his friends there.
00:48So he used to throw stones here and there and remove the grass and so on.
00:54He got bored of that too.
00:56Once he decided to do some mischief.
01:00And he stood up on the stone and started calling out names of everyone loudly.
01:06Oh Govinda!
01:08Oh Ganya!
01:09Oh Madhav!
01:11Oh Pendya!
01:13Come, come, run fast, run fast, a wolf has come.
01:19Everyone heard his voice and all the people from the village started running towards Ganu.
01:24They thought that wolf will eat all the ship that Ganu had.
01:29They all gathered at the place where Ganu was and they asked him.
01:33Ganu, where is the wolf?
01:35Show us, show us, we will make him run away, we will kill him.
01:40Ganu started laughing.
01:44There is no wolf here, the villagers asked.
01:48Then why did you scream out our names?
01:50We left all our work and came here running to you to help you.
01:54What nonsense is this?
01:56So Ganu said.
01:58I got so bored, so I just thought to make some fun of you all.
02:02There is no wolf here.
02:05All the villagers got angry at Ganu and left.
02:09Some days passed and he did the same thing again.
02:12He started screaming out names of everybody roudly.
02:15Run, run, run everyone, a wolf has come, a wolf has come.
02:21At this time, all the ladies in the village heard Ganu's voice and they thought.
02:26Oh, let's go, Ganu is in danger.
02:29The wolf has come, he is eating all his sheep.
02:32We have to go, we have to go and help him.
02:36Poor ladies, all of them came running to the place where Ganu was.
02:40Those ladies asked Ganu.
02:42Ganu, where is the wolf?
02:45Again, Ganu started laughing loudly and said,
02:48Ha ha ha ha ha, there is no wolf here.
02:53The poor ladies got angry and asked him.
02:57What kind of childish act is this?
03:01And they left.
03:02After some days, a wolf appeared really.
03:06He started eating the sheep one by one.
03:10Ganu saw this and started screaming.
03:12Run, run everyone, a wolf has come, he is eating my sheep.
03:17Oh, oh, he ate one already.
03:19Oh, he is eating another one.
03:21Oh, help me.
03:24But this time, no one responded because he had fooled the people twice
03:29and troubled them for no reason.
03:32No one had come to help him this time.
03:35But the wolf had really come and he had started eating the sheep.
03:39At last, he himself jumped from the stone,
03:42took a stick in his hand and went to beat the wolf.
03:47As soon as Ganu lifted his stick to beat the wolf,
03:50the wolf leaped on to him and injured him.
03:54Poor Ganu went to the villagers crying,
03:57screaming and told them that a wolf has really come.
04:01All the villagers came together and hid that wolf and made him run away.
04:06They also told Ganu not to do such a mischief again
04:10and never lie and never mess with the older people.
04:16So children, the moral of the story is that you should never lie.
