00:16northern and eastern portion of Isabela, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte is high.
00:20It is expected to rain heavily there because of the storm Julián, which is a tropical storm.
00:26Based on the forecast track, it is expected to reach or landfall in Batanes or Babuyan Islands on Monday.
00:34It is expected to be strong until the typhoon,
00:37but it does not rule out the possibility that it will reach the super typhoon if there is a rapid intensification.
