00:04celebrated at an event attended by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:09He acknowledged the collaborative efforts that led to this achievement
00:13and highlighted the completion of 46 community development projects.
00:17Brigadier General Elmer Sudero also confirmed the eradication of insurgents in the province.
00:25The President also provided financial assistance to former insurgents
00:30reintegrating into society, hoping this success will inspire peace nationwide.
00:38September this year, 46 of those projects have been completed.
00:4217 are now ongoing implementation.
00:4644 of these projects are farm-to-market roads.
00:49Two involve the construction and development of roads and bridges.
00:53Nine projects focus on water supply systems.
00:57And on the other hand, the remaining eight projects are health stations,
01:01rural electrification, and the rehabilitation of schools.
01:06This strong collaboration among the national and local governments,
01:09the military, the police, and the community,
01:12has allowed us to transform what was once a conflict-affected area
01:17into now a peaceful community.
