00:24ceremony yesterday, Police Major General Leo Francisco turned over the command of the Crime

00:31Investigation and Detection Group arm of the PNP to Brigadier General Nicolás Torre III,

00:37and PNP Chief Romel Marbil expects his new guy at the CIDG to maintain the highest levels of

00:44professionalism and ethical conduct in the discharge of his duties. There is renewed and

00:49growing confidence in the new CIDG chief's leadership and the remarkable discipline and

00:54strict observance of the rule of law that will radiate to all his men in the command.
