00:00The newest fine dining restaurant to enter Bears Den has launched a new
00:04four-course lunch accompanied by four premium cocktails signature to the brand
00:08and I highly recommend you try it out. Elements is the latest endeavor by
00:12acclaimed chef Gary Townsend, a 36 cover restaurant that draws inspiration from
00:17the Elements. The lunch menu will be updated weekly and is shaped around
00:21seasonal projects. There are three options per course and vegan and
00:25vegetarian dishes are also available. The cocktails are inspired by the
00:29restaurant's namesake air, earth, fire and water and have been curated by in-house
00:35mixologist Connor Wren. Non-alcoholic versions of these cocktails are also on
00:40offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit everything was of a high standard and
00:44absolutely delicious. The lunch is on for just four weeks until the 31st of
00:48October. Lunch is served from Thursday to Saturday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and
00:53on Sundays between 12 30 p.m. and 4 30 p.m.
