This healthy Dry fruit Smoothie reduce body aches and weakness #shorts

In a small bowl, take
9 - 12 Almonds
6- 8 Pistachios
6- 7 Dates
Small Amount of Saffron
fill the bowl with water and soak overnight
in the morning, put in the mixer with
2 cups of milk and
1 banana in cut in small pieces
than blend it, decorate with
Cinnamon powder and with dry fruits.

Dry fruits are healthy choice for those who have more tight schedule , you just have to carry your bagful of nuts with you and whenever you feel hungry you can have some . Dry fruits are healthy and has plenty of health benefits it has more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which are known to be good fats , our brains and hearts needs good fats to work properly so we can give dry fruits a new name which is to be a brain and heart food.
