00:49After a while, Qazi Fahisa Sahib formed a new committee

00:51that I, Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib and Ameen Uddin Khan Sahib,

00:54who are the fifth senior most judges.

00:56Not Muneeb Sahib, not Yahya Sahib,

00:58but Ameen Uddin Khan Sahib.

01:00When this happened and the committee was discussed,

01:02Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib did not come to that discussion.

01:04Then Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib wrote a letter to Qazi Fahisa Sahib

01:06whose summary was that all this is very disappointing

01:09and I will not become a member of this committee

01:12until Muneeb Akhtar Sahib does not become a member of this committee.

01:15Today, Fahisa Sahib replied to this and published that letter.

01:20Qazi Fahisa Sahib replied to Chief Justice Qazi Fahisa's letter

01:23to Justice Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib.

01:27He addressed Mansoor Ali Shah Sahib and said

01:31that your letter was written to me and Justice Ameen Uddin Khan.

01:36He complained that he had written it to us,

01:43that Justice Muneeb Akhtar Sahib,

03:31He refused to listen to the urgent legal cases

03:33and took a leave.

03:35So, he gave more leave.

03:37Then, he made another specific complaint.

03:39He said, his behaviour was very rude.

03:41Justice Muneeb Akhtar

03:43behaved rudely,

03:45improperly

03:47and inappropriately

03:49with the members of the committee.

03:51These are the reasons

03:53why Justice Muneeb Akhtar

03:55was removed from the committee.

03:57Justice Muneeb Akhtar's behaviour

04:03The bench where Justice Muneeb used to sit,

04:11of bypassing Justice Yahya Afridi

04:13and not making him a member of the committee.

04:15He said,

04:19who did not want Justice Yahya Afridi

04:21to become a member of the committee,

04:25it was Justice Muneeb Akhtar.

04:27I had requested Justice Yahya Afridi

04:29for a meeting on 20th September,

04:31but he was not available.

04:33Justice Yahya Afridi is a senior judge

04:35than Aminuddin Khan.

04:37Justice Muneeb Akhtar objected to it

04:39and is now responding to it.

04:41He said,

04:43yesterday I requested Justice Yahya Afridi

04:45but he said he did not want to become

04:47a member of the committee.

04:49After that, I requested Justice Aminuddin Khan

04:51to cancel his tour of Lahore

04:53and become a member of the committee.

04:55He himself told the registrar

04:57that he was busy

04:59and the committee was dismissed.

05:03he did not want to become a member of the committee.

05:05One more false accusation

05:07that he put on me was that

05:09I am running a one-man show

05:11and such things cannot change the facts.

05:13I did not want to count the good deeds

05:15that happened in the court,

05:19to cancel a false statement.
