00:00Kirk Cousins. Remember him? Everyone was off of him after one week. Here they are all back.

00:08Oh yeah, him. I love it. We're such a fickle kind of society. 229 and a half passing yards.

00:14Does Kirk Cousins go over or under that number today?

00:18I think he goes over it. And I think you have to look at, you know, what this game is going

00:22to be, which is potentially a shootout here. So you have all the injuries to that backfield

00:26of the Kansas City Chiefs. So a lot of people wondering about Carson Steele and about Somaji

00:31Pirine. And the answer is it's going to be some combination. It's probably going to be

00:35gross. And what it's going to come down to is Patrick Mahomes and Kirk Cousins throwing

00:39the football all around. I think people were way too dismissive of the Falcons in week

00:46one. They were playing the Steelers. Cousins hadn't played in a long time. These guys hadn't

00:50played together. It's all the same logic of why I was concerned with the Jets in week

00:55one. They were in a bad situation where they hadn't played together all preseason. Rogers

00:59hadn't played in a year and things looked flat. And that's what happened in week one.

01:04Week two certainly was much better as you look forward, right? And now you've seen even

01:09the Jets, right? Even looking better on offense now. So it takes time for these things to

01:13happen. It takes time for Kirk Cousins and Pitts and Drake Lund and all these pieces

01:17to work right. And I think you are going to see that today. 229 and a half. I think it's

01:22a very achievable number. And you know that the Chiefs offense is going to go out there

01:26and do their job. And Mahomes knows that he's going to have to make a lot of things happen.

01:31And don't be surprised if you don't see Mahomes run a little bit too. That's one thing too

01:34when there's running back injuries, sometimes Mahomes is going to be less afraid to run

01:38the ball himself or have a couple of design runs built in that playbook. So Carson Steel

01:42is a guy you can play this week. Same with P. Ryan, but just limit your expectations.

01:47I think Steel has more touchdown equity, P. Ryan a little bit more PPR equity, but

01:52Daryl Williams, Darnell Williams, Charkandrick West, and we can go down the road of disappointing

01:58backup running backs for the Kansas City Chiefs that never have paid fantasy gold or dividends.

02:02So just temper your expectations. But I would go over for Cousins today on the passing again,

02:07just like I did on Monday night. And we got a victory there too.
