00:00According to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC, Tony Yang is fluent in Tagalog and can speak and understand Tagalog even though he is not a Filipino.

00:17He can also speak Bisaya a little.

00:20In a hearing in the Senate on Tuesday, Yang used an interpreter and said a little Tagalog and only Bisaya that he can understand.

00:29The former PNP chief, Benjamin Acorda, who was seen with Yang in a picture, was injured.

00:36He was injured because of the picture.

00:39Yet, he has nothing to do with POGO.
