00:34In a season filled with unexpected antics, such as premature breakups, love triangles,
00:39and falling asleep in the pods, the finale was expected to provide the same level of
00:42uncertainty and intrigue and did not disappoint.
00:45The four couples who made it to the altar on Love is Blind season 4 were Chelsea Griffin
00:49and Kwame Appiah, Micah Lucier and Paul Pedan, Tiffany Penuel and Brett Brown, and Bliss
00:54Porriattizzotti and Zach Goitowski.
00:57The fifth couple to survive the pods, Jackalina Bonds and Marshall Glaze, broke up before
01:02the wedding.
01:03It became clear her immaturity was no match for Marshall's genuine sincerity, and the
01:07couple made the right decision to call it off.
01:09However, the other four couples overcame whatever pre-wedding drama occurred and proceeded down

01:35Aware of her own tendencies toward self-sabotage, a casual relationship with Josh seemed like
01:39the better option for a person who is clearly not ready for marriage.
01:43In her defense, Jackie's behavior on the show was partially due to family issues not seen

01:49When Jackalina recounted her date with Josh to Marshall, he stonewalled Jackie and let
01:53her go.
01:54As Jackie said, see you around, Marshall coldly responded, you won't.
01:59Marshall and Jackie do not follow each other on Instagram, so it's fair to say this couple
02:02has fully disintegrated.
02:05Does Kwame say, I do in the Love is Blind season finale?
02:08At the end of Love is Blind episode 11, Chelsea said, I do to her alleged soulmate, Kwame,
02:14and audiences were left with a cliffhanger as to his answer.
02:18Throughout the post-pod episodes, Kwame expressed serious doubts about his relationship with

02:23Although he claimed to love her, he never backed down from a chance to flirt with mean
02:26girl Micah and felt he was compromising for the relationship more than Chelsea was.
02:30In all fairness, Kwame was willing to relocate from Portland to Seattle, change jobs, adopt
02:35her dog, and work from home while she spent long hours as a pediatric speech-language
02:39pathologist.
02:41It seemed all Chelsea was giving up was a little less pink decor.
02:44Perhaps most worryingly, Kwame's mother disapproved of the marriage and didn't attend the wedding.
02:49Regardless, Kwame happily said, I do at the altar.
02:53Do Paul and Micah tie the knot in the Love is Blind finale?
02:56After the incredibly awkward encounter between Paul and Micah's repulsive friend, Shelby,
03:01the relationship between the nerdy scientist and peppy marketing manager seemed fraught
03:04with issues.
03:06Although both Paul and Micah's parents were approving of their relationship, the evident
03:10insecurity Micah felt in regard to Paul was palpable through the screen.
03:14In her defense, he wasn't offering her any reassurance that he was all-in.
03:18When Micah was asked whether she would marry Paul, she intelligently refused to answer
03:22and asked Paul to go first.
03:24Unsurprisingly, the logical Paul declined.
03:27Micah, clearly upset, ran off and admitted in a talking head that if Paul would have
03:32said yes, she would have too.
03:34Paul, in his own talking head, shared that he couldn't picture Micah as a good mother,
03:38which solidified his decision.
03:40Although Micah often presented herself as a petty, vicious woman on screen, it's difficult
03:44not to empathize with her in such a humbling and humiliating moment.
03:48Does Love Is Blind's Most Stable Couple, Brett and Tiffany, Get Married?
03:53Brett and Tiffany, perhaps the favorite couple from Love Is Blind and the most solid, appeared
03:57to have few personal issues on their wedding day, though the preview may have suggested
04:01otherwise.
04:02In a sneak peek for episode 12, Brett was upset and said there should be no surprises
04:06on his wedding day.
04:08Whereas the preview implied there were problems between Brett and Tiffany, it turns out his
04:11suit was tailored incorrectly.
04:13Therefore, the day's biggest drama was his last-second tailoring, which concluded just
04:1830 minutes before the wedding.
04:20The beaming couple unhesitatingly said, I do to each other, easily maintaining their
04:24place as one of Love Is Blind season 4's steadiest couples.
04:28Does Surprise Couple Bliss and Zach say, I do in the Love Is Blind finale?
04:33The contentious Bliss and Zach were the last couple to face each other at the altar.
04:38After the cliffhanger ending in episode 5, Zach and Bliss proceeded to date each other
04:42and Zach proposed to Bliss on a yacht, which she happily accepted.
04:46Zach's past family life loomed large as he sought to impress Bliss' family and scrambled
04:50to explain how Zach's second choice became his fiancée.
04:53Although Bliss' mother was thrilled at the proposal, Bliss' father was stubbornly disdainful,
04:57which Zach mitigated as well as any lawyer could be expected to given the situation.
05:01It was clear that Zach would say yes, at the altar, but Bliss' logical mind and freshly
05:06broken heart could have easily caused this brainiac couple to disintegrate.
05:10Surprisingly, Bliss agreed to marry Zach and the two danced to their favorite song together.
05:15Love Is Blind season 4 was unprecedented for several reasons, the least of which were
05:19the love triangles and cringy mean girl antics sprinkled throughout.
05:23Two broken engagements, one of which led to a separate engagement after Zach and Irina
05:27didn't work out, provided the shock value characteristic for the show.
05:31Surprisingly, 3 out of 4 couples ended the show married, and it will be fascinating to
05:36see how their relationships develop after the altar.
