00:00And if We send such a wind that it sees that the field is barren,

00:05then it will be ungrateful.

00:08So you cannot make the dead speak,

00:10nor can you make the deaf hear when they turn their backs and return,

00:14nor can you bring the blind out of their misguidance and lead them on the right path.

00:19You can only make those people hear who believe in Our verses,

00:24so they are obedient.

00:26It is Allah who created you weak in the beginning,

00:31then after weakness He gave you strength,

00:34then after strength He gave you weakness and old age.

00:37He creates what He wills,

00:40and He is the Possessor of Knowledge,

00:42the Possessor of Power.
