00:05Just said that Echler's back in Virginia with a concussion in the protocol.

00:09He also cut his ear, a lacerated ear like Vincent Van Gogh.

00:18and the the ball club is here in Arizona

00:21and that Echler is in Virginia.

00:26I would say it doesn't look good.

00:27I wouldn't I'm not saying anything definitive one way or the other.

00:30You never know a concussions.

00:31But the protocol is is very different than a guy

00:36that's got a tight hammy and they're not sure

00:39and they're going to give it treatment and rest it all week.

00:49if he were to clear protocol, he can play this weekend.

01:03My expectation would be that that's not going to happen.

01:06I think you're better off kind of operating from that standpoint

01:10than expecting him to clear protocol in four days.

01:16If you look at the run game, Echler's been really good through three games.

01:20He's got over 200 yards of scrimmage, a touchdown.

01:24He's averaging nine yards per touch.

01:27Do the man. He can play, bro.

01:29And that doesn't take into account the 62 yard

01:32or 63, whatever that was, the kickoff return Monday night in Cincinnati,

01:37which set Washington up with really good field position or frankly,

01:40the 100 yard kickoff return he took two weeks ago against the Giants.

01:44Yeah, called back.

01:47He has 13 carries for 83 yards of the touchdown

01:50and then another nine catches for 121 yards through the air.

01:55He looks slippery. He looks strong.

01:57He looks explosive.

01:59He looks such that the concept of.

02:06He had lost a step or his ankle wasn't right and couldn't return.

02:09It is just wrong.

02:11Like he's looked he's looked good enough that that was incorrect.

02:16But you know that when teams are trying to get rid of you, I try to

02:20shortchange you. That's the last they put out there.

02:24You also had a coaching change there, and I understand that.

02:27But still, his guys, the line started before Harbaugh came in.

02:32Well, I think last year he was like having the high ankle sprain.

02:36They almost need a different term for it because that lingers so much.

02:40It lingers. And once you know somebody's hurt, they're hurt.

02:45Well, I have to make another name to say the guys really hurt.

02:48That's right. A lot of guys don't play as good as they can when they're hurt.

02:53But don't make it seem like the guy just can't do it anymore.

02:57That's the teams have been doing that for years.
