JUST IN: Alice Guo says she is a victim, not a mastermind.


"Hindi po ako mastermind. Masasabi ko po [na] isa po akong victim," the dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor said on Tuesday during a Senate hearing regarding illegal POGOs.


Shortly afterwards, Guo promised to say who is "the most guilty" in the spread of illegal POGOs.


"I think, sa tagal po ng investigation, alam na rin ng committee po... who is really at the back of everything po," Guo said.
