00:17It was past 3 o'clock in the early morning.
00:19A few moments later, the fire got even bigger and spread to a kitchen.

00:26The first alarm was set on the Bureau of Fire Protection.
00:29There were 8 firetrucks responding,
00:31aside from the fire volunteers.
00:33The first responders from the barangay tried to put out the fire,
00:37but they couldn't.
