00:21The prohibition also allowed him to face interrogations and submit documents.
00:26Roque was contempted by the Quadcom because he did not submit the necessary documents to explain the sudden increase of his assets.
00:35The Quadcom's chairmen have not yet issued a new statement on the Writ of Amparo,
00:40but before that, Roque was challenged to face the hearing and tell the truth.
00:45The Quadcom's chairman and Surigao del Norte Representative Robert Ace Barbers were also first to be arrested for abusing their power.
