00:32According to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center or CICC,
00:36this is a big threat in the upcoming election so it needs to be monitored.

00:50The CICC and the Commission on Election or COMELEC are now talking about possible solutions,
00:55including content monitoring to find out about the spread of false information.
