00:00The Israeli army has increased its bombardments against the Gaza Strip during the last days.

00:05Their targets continue to be civilian structures, mainly schools, serving as shoulders to thousands

00:10of displaced Palestinians.

00:12Our correspondent Huda Hegassi with the update.

00:16In these last days, the Israeli army has increased its bombardments here in the Gaza Strip.

00:26Mainly, its objective has been to bomb schools in the coastal enclave.

00:31In these last two days, more than three schools have been bombed here.

00:36First of all, I must highlight the attack on the school of Asseytoun, in the northern

00:41part of the Gaza Strip, specifically east of the city of Gaza, causing the death of

00:47more than 23 Gazans, several of them children, women and elderly people.

00:53On the same day, after bombing that school, the Israeli army bombed a warehouse used to

00:59store medicines and medical supplies also in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, causing

01:06the death of five workers of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, who were in that warehouse

01:12collecting medicines to distribute them to the different health centers in the northern

01:18part of the Strip.

01:20However, that day the massacres didn't stop.

01:23Late in the evening, the Israeli army bombed a supermarket in the southern part of the

01:29Gaza Strip, specifically in the Rafah Governorate, killing at least four Gazans.

01:35The second school that was bombed by the Israeli army was on Saturday in the northern part

01:41of the Gaza Strip, specifically in the al-Sateqab, killing seven more Gazans.

01:48Immediately after this attack, the army carried out a massacre in the south of the Gaza Strip,

01:54in the Rafah area, against the Dujar family, causing the death of ten members of that family.

02:01The last attack on a school was that same night or early next morning, when the Israeli

02:08army bombed a school in the al-Musarrat refugee camp, causing the death of at least three

02:15Gazans who were inside that school.

02:18Immediately minutes after bombing that school that served as a shelter for thousands of

02:25Gazanese refugees, the Israeli army bombed a civilian house that was just behind the

02:31Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, in the Bir al-Bala Governorate, causing the death of a mother

02:38and her three children.

02:40We are seeing how, in these last two days, the bombings have been increasing and have

02:46been even focused on schools, around hospitals and civilian constructions and therefore these

02:53attacks are being condemned.

02:56According to a communique issued by the UN, the Israeli army since the beginning of this

03:02war has bombed approximately 183 schools in the entire coastal enclave, causing the

03:10death of approximately 1,100 Gazans inside those schools where they believed to be in

03:18a safe place.

03:20These attacks on schools have been condemned and also there have been calls for a revenge

03:26against the Israeli army for bombing innocent civilians here in the Gaza Strip.
