00:37Under the provision, in monetary disputes, undisputed amounts and damages will only be
00:41awarded once the decision is final.
00:43During the appeal period, seafarers must post an execution bond, which will only be reimbursed
00:49if they win the case.
00:50The concerned seafarers of the Philippines vow to continue to fight the execution bond.
