00:00Hazalif and his wife, Aisyah Hijanah Azhari, were charged in the Session Sya'alam court

00:09for 10 charges of misuse of cash worth more than RM1.5 million.

00:15Hazalif, who is known as Alif Tega, 30, and Aisyah Hijanah, 26,

00:21admitted not guilty after the charges were read against Judge Awang Krizna and Awang Mahmud.

00:27Hazalif and Aisyah Hijanah were charged for misuse of cash worth more than RM1.5 million.

00:34The cash was used for the purpose of the Infaq Kurma project,

00:37Infaq al-Quran in Masjid al-Haram and Masjid Nabawi,

00:41Infaq food packs for the poor in Mecca and Madinah,

00:44Infaq aid for flood victims in Kelantan and Terengganu,

00:48and charity of Raya clothes for orphans.

00:51The court then allowed the two accused to be released with a bail of RM50,000 per person

00:58with a guarantor with a passport submission condition

01:01and reported to the nearest SPRM office once a month.
