00:00So, my phobia is actually of lizards.

00:04It's very easy to get rid of phobias related to animals, insects and reptiles and all those.

00:12It's almost like a reflex.

00:13It's a reflex arising from your body.

00:18And you are being carried away by that reflex because you give too much importance to your own body.

00:24See, your body does not like the body of the lizard.

00:28The chameleon body does not like the reptilian body.

00:31The reason is evolutionary.

00:33Remember those giant dinosaurs?

00:35Mammals were at the mercy of those huge things.

00:39And that thing has gotten into our DNA, that fear.

00:42The body is like a programmed computer.

00:44It will do what it has to do.

00:46Pure spirituality.

00:47The genius and the use of spirituality lies in realizing that the body has its own ways

00:54but you are not obliged to follow those ways.
