00:00You know why Jurassic Park was a mega hit?

00:02Because we had seen that movie a million times, a million centuries earlier.

00:07So it all looked very familiar.

00:08So even though that dinosaur has now become the humble lizard, only this much,

00:13still those age-old memories, those ancient memories that are stored in yourself,

00:18they get triggered.

00:19When you look at a lizard,

00:20some part of you remembers what happened a billion years ago.

00:23The giant, the T-Rex coming towards you and...

00:27Now your body will continue to be afraid of that body,

00:30just as your body will continue to be attracted towards somebody, right?

00:34The male body is drifting towards the female body and vice versa.

00:37And these things are happening.

00:38The body is a conditioned machine.

00:40The body is like a programmed computer.

00:42It will do what it has to do.

00:43Pure spirituality, the genius and the use of spirituality lies in realizing

00:48that the body has its own ways,

00:51but you are not obliged to follow those ways.

00:55That you and the body can be at a distance.
