00:00First of all, I just want to say thank you very much for giving us your time on this
00:16really important topic. We've been talking about offering opportunities to young people
00:20in our communities. We've been thinking about that in the context of violence, actually,
00:25and the great work that's been done in Scotland over many years.
00:40The work that you're doing, it's inspiring to see the practicalities as well as the mental
00:45and wellbeing support that's on offer here is transformational.
00:50Since we last had the roundtable in London, to which the Prime Minister came, the Home
00:56Section, have you made a bit of progress, but have you also managed to create a really
01:01useful relationship with the violence reduction unit here in Scotland?
01:05There's been some organic better connectivity between the work. There's also been, you probably
01:11saw, we were present at a number 10 discussion with victims' families.
01:15I'm so grateful to you, Ben, thank you. And I just look forward to updates, that's all
01:19on the progress you'll make. Thank you.
01:26Have you had a good day? Good. So far. So far, you got the sun? Absolutely.
01:39They have brought the weather, thankfully. Did you stay in the accommodation? Yes.
01:47And the food was all right? Yes, it was delicious. And the hot water was?
01:52They're on scout.
01:55If you see the Canadian trees, there's a lot of them.
02:01I think what's nice about these groups is that they're really trying to push forward.
02:20He's been such an amazing graduate of our programme and project, and he's an inspiration
02:25I'm the headteacher of Auckland Premier School, so we were part of the Harmony project.
