00:00The leader of Lebanon's Hezbollah group, Hassan Nasrallah, has just delivered his first televised

00:17speech since the device attacks that killed at least 32 people across the country.

00:23Nasrallah warned that the recent events were, quote, a declaration of war, and said Israel

00:28had violated red lines by detonating thousands of pagers, radios, and walkie-talkies.

00:33He blamed Israel and the U.S. for the attacks that he called a terrorist act and a massacre.

00:39Nasrallah also admitted this week's attacks were an unprecedented blow to the resistance

00:43movement, but said Hezbollah will not fall.

00:56North Korea on Thursday claimed that it successfully tested a new type of tactical ballistic missile

01:01capable of carrying a super-large conventional warhead the day before.

01:06The state-run Korean Central News Agency said that the test of the missile, named Hwasong

01:10Po-11 Ta 4.5, was equipped with a 4.5-ton super-large conventional warhead.

01:16The test aimed to verify the missile's accuracy at a medium range of 320 kilometers and the

01:22explosive power of the super-large warhead.

01:26This is the second time since July that the North has said it tested such a missile.

01:39Back here in South Korea, another North Korean balloon has been found on the premises of

01:44the Seoul government complex.

01:45Earlier on this Friday morning, authorities discovered debris at the edge of the parking

01:51lot near the complex's main entrance.

01:54The balloon consisted primarily of household waste.

01:58North Korean balloons also previously landed on the roof of the government complex back

02:03in May.

02:14Forcing residents to clamber onto rooftops to reach safety, a storm system brought devastating

02:19floods to the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna on Thursday for the second year in a row.
