00:00Some places in the country were flooded due to the impact of Hurricane Henner and Helen,

00:04including some provinces of Negros Occidental.

00:07Some places were flooded due to the flooding of rivers,

00:10which also affected the villages and towns.

00:13Flooding also entered the houses.

00:16In Palawan, the water almost reached Tagumpay Elementary School in the town of Rojas.

00:22Barangay Tres, Sambuton was also flooded.

00:24The road to Astorga, Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur was also flooded.

00:28This house of Tangayinan Tubig, Bahasa Barangay Simuhay Sultan Kudra, was also not saved.

00:35The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:39and local government units were dispatched to the affected residents.
