00:08This is the highest recognition that laypeople can be given for their service to the Catholic Church.

00:16In his acceptance speech, Justice Panganiban said that he can't believe the honor he received

00:23and that he is giving it to all of his body for the construction of Manila Cathedral.

00:28The ceremony was led by Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula.

00:34Cardinal Advincula also thanked St. Pope for introducing Justice Panganiban,
