00:00:00In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:00:06Allah does not like to speak ill of anyone except those who are wronged. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
00:00:18Allah does not like speaking evil publicly unless one has been wronged. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
00:00:28إِن تُبْدُوْ خَيْرًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ أَوْ تَعْفُو عَن سُّوءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًا قَدِيرًا
00:00:40Even though you have the right to speak evil, if you are wronged, if you keep doing good, whether openly or secretly, or at least pardon the evil, then that is the attribute of Allah.
00:00:54Allah is All-Pardoning and He has all the power to chastise.
00:01:24There are those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers, and seek to differentiate between Allah and His Messengers, and say,
00:01:34We believe in some and deny others, and they seek to strike a way between the two.
00:01:41أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ حَقًّا وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا
00:01:53It is they, indeed they, who are beyond all doubt unbelievers.
00:01:59And for the unbelievers, we have prepared a humiliating chastisement.
00:02:22For those who believe in Allah and His messengers and do not differentiate between them, we shall certainly give them their reward.
00:02:32Allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate.
00:03:17The people of the book now ask a few to have a book come down on them from heaven.
00:03:24Indeed, they had asked of Moses even greater things than this, for they said,
00:03:30Make us see Allah with our own eyes.
00:03:33Whereupon a thunderbolt suddenly smote them for their wickedness.
00:03:39Then they took to worshipping the calf after clear signs had come to them.
00:03:44We forgave them and conferred a manifest commandment upon Moses.
00:03:50And We raised the Mount high above them and took from them a covenant to obey the commandment and ordered them,
00:04:20Enter the gate in the state of prostration and We said to them,
00:04:25Do not violate the law of the Sabbath and took from them a firm covenant.
00:04:31So because We broke their covenant and their disbelief in the signs of Allah and killed the prophets unjustly and their saying,
00:04:47Our hearts are closed, but Allah has sealed them with their disbelief, so they do not believe except a little.
00:05:00Allah's wrath for their breaking the covenant and their rejection of the signs of Allah and for slaying prophets without right and for saying,
00:05:10Our hearts are wrapped up in covers, even though in fact Allah has sealed their hearts because of their disbelief, so that they scarcely believe.
00:05:22And for their going so far in disbelief as uttering against Mary a mighty calumny.
00:05:37And their saying, We killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.
00:05:47And their saying, We slew the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.
00:06:16Whereas in fact they had neither slain him nor crucified him.
00:06:22But the matter was made dubious to them and those who deferred about it too were in a state of doubt.
00:06:30They have no definite knowledge of it but merely follow conjecture and they surely slew him not.
00:06:39But Allah raised him to himself. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.
00:06:54There are none among the people of the book but will believe in him before his death and he will be a witness against them on the day of resurrection.
00:07:21And because of the wrongdoing of the Jews, We forbade them many good things which had been made lawful for them, and because of their turning away from the way of Allah.
00:07:36Thus We forbade them many clean things which had earlier been made lawful for them, for the wrongdoing of those who became Jews, for their barring many from the way of Allah.
00:07:49And for their taking interest which had been prohibited to them, and for their consuming the wealth of others wrongfully.
00:08:13As for the unbelievers among them, We have prepared a painful chastisement.
00:08:43Those among them who are firmly rooted in knowledge and the believers, they believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you.
00:09:06Those who truly believe, establish the prayer and pay zakah, firmly believe in Allah, and in the last day, to them We shall indeed pay a great reward.
00:09:36O Muhammad, we have revealed to you as we revealed to Noah, and the prophets after him.
00:10:06And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the offspring of Jacob, and Jesus, and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron, and Solomon, and we gave to David Psalms.
00:10:21We revealed to the messengers we have already told you of, and to the messengers we have not told you of, and to Moses, Allah spoke directly.
00:10:51Messengers who give glad tidings and warn, so that there is no argument against Allah for the people after the messengers. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
00:11:21Whether people believe or not, Allah bears witness that whatever He has revealed to you, He has revealed with His knowledge.
00:11:51And the angels bear witness to it too, though the witness of Allah is sufficient.
00:11:57Those who denied this truth and barred others from the way of Allah have indeed strayed far away.
00:12:17Indeed, those who disbelieve and do wrong, Allah will not forgive them, nor will He guide them to a way.
00:12:38Except the way of Hell, wherein they will abide forever. And that is easy for Allah.
00:13:08And if you disbelieve, then to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and Allah is All-Knowing, Wise.
00:13:38And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
00:14:08Believe in Allah and His messengers, and do not say three. If you do, it is better for you. Allah is One God. Glory be to Him that He has a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and Allah is sufficient as a Guardian.
00:14:39Do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not attribute to Allah anything except the truth.
00:14:45The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His command that He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him, which led to Mary's conception.
00:15:00So believe in Allah and in His messengers, and do not say, Allah is a Trinity. Give up the assertion, it would be better for you. Allah is indeed just One God. Far be it from His glory that He should have a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. Allah is sufficient for a Guardian.
00:15:27The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His command that He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him, which led to Mary's conception. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. Far be it from His glory that He should have a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. Allah is indeed just One God.
00:15:50Neither did Messiah disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor do the angels who are mere station to Him. And whoever disdains to serve Him, and waxes arrogant, Allah will certainly muster them all to Himself.
00:16:20As for those who have waxed arrogant and waxed arrogant, He will punish them with a painful punishment, and they will not find besides Allah any guardian or helper.
00:16:50He will bestow upon those who have been disdainful and arrogant a painful chastisement, and they will find for themselves neither any guardian nor helper apart from Allah.
00:17:21O People! A proof has come to you from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light.
00:17:28As for those who believe in Allah and hold fast to Him, He will admit them into His mercy and bounty, and will guide them to a straight path.
00:17:46Allah will surely admit those who believe in Him and hold fast to Him, to His mercy and bounty, and will guide them on to a straight way to Himself.
00:17:59They ask you, say, Allah will judge you in the end, if a man is dead, he has no son, and he has no sister, and she has half of what he has left, and he inherits her, if she has no son.
00:18:21But if she has two, he has two-thirds of what he has left, and if they are brothers, men and women, then for the man is like the share of the two women.
00:18:42People ask you to pronounce a ruling concerning inheritance from those who have left behind no lineal heirs, kalala.
00:19:02Say, Allah pronounces for you the ruling, should a man die childless, but have a sister, she shall have one-half of what he has left behind, and should the sister die childless, but have a brother, he shall inherit her.
00:19:19And if the heirs are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of what he has left behind. And if the heirs are sisters and brothers, then the male shall have the share of two females. Allah makes His commandments clear to you, lest you go astray. Allah has full knowledge of everything.
00:19:49In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
00:20:19Believers, honour your bonds. All grazing beasts of the flock are permitted to you, except those which are recited to you here and after. But you are not allowed to hunt in the state of ihram, the state of pilgrim sanctity. Indeed, Allah decrees as He wills.
00:20:49But you are not allowed to hunt in the state of ihram, the state of pilgrim sanctity. Indeed, Allah decrees as He wills.
00:21:10And if you are lawful, then hunt, and let not the incitement of a people drive you away from the Sacred Mosque, or transgress, and cooperate in righteousness and piety, and do not cooperate in sin and aggression, and fear Allah.
00:21:38Indeed, Allah is severe in punishment.
00:22:08Do not let your wrath against the people who have barred you from the Holy Mosque move you to commit undue transgressions. Rather, help one another in acts of righteousness and piety, and do not help one another in sin and transgression.
00:22:32Fear Allah. Surely, Allah is severe in retribution.
00:23:03And what has been slaughtered on the tribes, and that you should dispute about Islam, that is dispute. Today, those who disbelieve in your religion are desperate, so do not fear them, and fear Allah.
00:23:20Today, I have perfected your religion for you, and I have perfected My favor upon you, and I have made Islam a religion for you. So whoever is forced into a sin that is not related to sin, then surely, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
00:23:50No animal slaughtered in any name other than Allah's, the animal which has either been strangled, killed by blows, has died of a fall, or by goring, or devoured by a beast of prey, unless it be that which you yourselves might have slaughtered while it was still alive, and forbidden to you also that which was slaughtered at the altars.
00:24:17You are also forbidden to seek knowledge of your fate by divining arrows. All these are sinful acts. This day, the unbelievers have fully despaired of your religion. Do not fear them, but fear Me.
00:24:34This day, I have perfected for you your religion, and have bestowed upon you My bounty in full measure, and have been pleased to assign for you Islam as your religion. Follow then the lawful and unlawful bounds enjoined upon you.
00:24:53As for he who is driven by hunger without being willfully inclined to sin, surely, Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate.
00:25:23They ask you, What has been made lawful to them? Say, That all clean things have been made lawful to you.
00:25:53And such hunting animals as you teach, training them to hunt, teaching them the knowledge Allah has given you, you may eat what they catch for you, but invoke the name of Allah on it. Have fear of Allah in violating His law. Allah is swift in His reckoning.
00:26:16This Day, all that is lawful to you are good things and the food of those who have been given the Book, and all that is lawful to you and your food are lawful to them.
00:26:27And the chaste women are of the believers, and the chaste women are of those who were given the Book before you, when you gave them their rewards, chaste, not ungrateful.
00:26:57And those who disbelieve in faith, their deeds have come to naught, and in the Hereafter they are among the losers.
00:27:16This Day, all clean things have been made lawful to you. The food of the people of the Book is permitted to you, and your food is permitted to them.
00:27:27And permitted to you are chaste women, be they from among the believers or from among those who have received the Book before you, provided you become their protectors in wedlock, after paying them their bridal due, rather than going around committing fornication and taking them as secret companions.
00:27:50The work of he who refuses to follow the way of faith will go to waste, and he will be among the utter losers in the Hereafter.
00:28:20And if you are on a journey, or one of you has come from the wilderness, or you have touched the women, and you have not found water, then drink from the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well
00:28:50of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well
00:28:57of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well
00:29:04of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well
00:29:11of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well of the well
00:29:19Believers, when you stand up for prayer, wash your faces and
00:29:25your hands up to the elbows
00:29:29and wipe your heads and wash your feet up to the ankles
00:29:34and if you are in the state of Impurity
00:29:37Purify yourselves by taking a bath
00:29:41But if you are either ill or travelling
00:29:44or have satisfied a WANT OF NATURE
00:29:47intimate contact with women and find no water, then have recourse to clean earth
00:29:53and wipe your faces and your hands therewith. Allah does not want to lay any
00:30:00hardship upon you, rather he wants to purify you and complete his favors upon
00:30:07you so that you may give thanks.
00:30:17Remember Allah's favor upon you and his covenant which he made with you when you said,
00:30:38we have heard and we obey, so do fear Allah. Allah has full knowledge even of
00:30:46that which is hidden in the breasts of people.
00:31:08Believers, be upright bearers of witness for Allah and do not let the enmity of any people move you to deviate from justice. Act justly, that is nearer to God-fearing.
00:31:38And fear Allah, surely Allah is well aware of what you do.
00:31:45Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness from sins and a great reward.
00:32:06As for those who disbelieve and give the lie to our sins, they are destined for the blazing flame.
00:32:26Believers, remember Allah's favor upon you when a certain people decided against you
00:32:55He restrained their hands from you. Do fear Allah.
00:33:03Men of faith should put their trust only in Allah.
00:33:55Surely Allah took a covenant with the children of Israel and we raised up from them twelve of their leaders and Allah said,
00:34:14Behold, I am with you. If you establish prayer and pay zakah and believe in my prophets and help them and lend Allah a goodly loan, I will certainly efface from you your evil deeds and will surely cause you to enter the gardens beneath which rivers flow.
00:34:36Whosoever of you disbelieves thereafter has indeed gone astray from the right way.
00:35:06Then for the breach of the covenant, we cast them away from our mercy and cause their hearts to harden.
00:35:28And now they are in such a state that they pervert words from their context and distort their meaning and have forgotten a good portion of the teaching they were imparted.
00:35:41And regarding all except a few of them, you continue to learn that they committed acts of treachery.
00:35:50Pardon them then and overlook their deeds. Surely Allah loves those who act benevolently.
00:36:21We also took a covenant from those who said, We are Christians, Nasara, but they forgot a good portion of the teaching they had been imparted.
00:36:38Therefore, we aroused enmity and spite between them till the day of resurrection and ultimately Allah will tell them what they used to do.
00:37:08People of the book, now our messenger has come to you. He makes clear to you a good many things of the book, which you were wont to conceal, and also passes over many things.
00:37:35Allah has now come to you a light from Allah and a clear book.
00:37:40Through which Allah shows to all who seek to please Him the paths leading to safety.
00:38:06He brings them out by His leave from darkness to light and directs them on to the straight way.
00:38:36Indeed, those who said, Christ, the son of Mary, He indeed is God, were guilty of unbelief.
00:39:00Say, O Muhammad, who could have overruled Allah had He so willed to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, and His mother, and all those who are on earth?
00:39:13For to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them. He creates what He wills. Allah is all-powerful.
00:39:25And the Jews and the Christians say, We are the children of Allah and His beloved. Say, then, why should He punish you for your sins? Nay, but you are human beings from whom He created. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills.
00:39:52For to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them. He creates what He wills.
00:40:01The Jews and the Christians say, We are Allah's children and His beloved ones. Ask them, why then does He chastise you for your sins? You are the same as other human beings He has created.
00:40:17He forgives whom He wills and chastises whom He wills. And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them. To Him is the eventual return.
00:40:47Say, We have not brought any bearer of good tidings or any warner, but there has come to you a bearer of good tidings and a warner. And Allah is Able to do all things.
00:41:17Say, We have not brought any bearer of good tidings or any warner, but there has come to you a bearer of good tidings and a warner. And Allah is Able to do all things.
00:41:47Remember when Moses said to his people, My people, recall Allah's favour upon you when He raised prophets among you and appointed you rulers and granted to you what He had not granted to anyone else in the world.
00:42:17My people, enter the holy land which Allah has ordained for you, and do not turn back, for then you will turn about losers.
00:42:44They said, O Moses, there is a people in it who are tyrants, and we will not enter it until they leave it, and if they leave it, we will enter it.
00:43:04They said, O Moses, there is a people in it who are tyrants, and we will not enter it until they leave it, and if they leave it, we will enter it.
00:43:19Two from among these men who were frightened, but upon whom Allah had not given permission, said,
00:43:46Enter upon them through the gate, for if you do enter, you will be the victors, and put your trust in Allah, if indeed you are people of faith.
00:44:03They said, O Moses, we will never enter it, as long as you and your Lord are there.
00:44:22Nevertheless, they said, O Moses, never shall we enter it, as long as they are there. Go forth then, you and your Lord, and fight both of you. As for us, we will remain sitting here.
00:44:38He said, O my Lord, I have no power but myself, and I fear the difference between us and the disobedient people.
00:44:52Thereupon Moses said, My Lord, I have control over none but my own self and my brother, so make a distinction between us and the transgressing people.
00:45:05He said, It is forbidden for them to enter the earth for forty years, so do not grieve over the disobedient people.
00:45:19Allah said, This land will now be forbidden to them for forty years, and they will remain wandering about on the earth. Do not grieve over the condition of these transgressing people.
00:45:34Narrate to them, in all truth, the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two daughters of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two daughters of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story of the two sons of Adam, and the story
00:46:04of the two sons of Adam, when both of them made an offering, and it was accepted from one of them, and was not accepted from the other. The latter said, I will surely kill you. Thereupon the former said, Allah only accepts offerings from the God-fearing.
00:46:34Even if you stretch forth your hand against me to kill me, I will not stretch forth my hand to kill you. Surely, I fear Allah, the Lord of the entire universe.
00:47:04I would desire that you be laden with my sin, and with your own sin, and thus become among the inmates of the fire. That, indeed, is the right recompense of the wrongdoers.
00:47:35At last his evil soul drove him to the murder of his brother, and he killed him, whereby he himself became one of the losers.
00:47:47Then Allah sent forth a raven to show him how he could conceal the evil of his brother. He said, O woe to me! Was I not able to be like this raven, and conceal the evil of my brother, and he became one of the regretful.
00:48:17Allah sent forth a raven to show him how he could conceal the evil of his brother. He said, O woe to me! Was I not able to be like this raven, and conceal the evil of my brother, and he became one of the regretful.
00:48:37For this reason We have decreed for the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul without a soul, or does corruption in the earth, it is as if he had killed all the people.
00:48:59And whoever gives life to it, it is as if he had given life to all the people. And Our messengers came to them with curses. Then, indeed, many of them, after that, in the earth, are transgressors.
00:49:29And whoever kills a soul, lest it be in punishment for murder, or for spreading mischief on earth, shall be as if he had slain all mankind. And he who saves a life shall be as if he had given life to all mankind. And, indeed, again and again did Our messengers come to them with clear directives, yet many of them continued to commit excesses on earth.
00:49:59Indeed, what is the recompense of those who fight Allah and His Messenger and strive in the earth for corruption, lest they be slain or crucified or their hands and feet be cut off from the cross or be fulfilled from the earth?
00:50:27That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter a great punishment.
00:50:57Except for those who repent before you have power over them, then know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
00:51:27Except for those who repent before you have power over them, know well that Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate.
00:51:52Believers, fear Allah and seek the means to come near to Him and strive hard in His way. Maybe you will attain true success.
00:52:22For those who disbelieved, even if they had all that is in the earth and the like of it with it, and they had offered it all as ransom from chastisement on the Day of Resurrection, it will not be accepted of them. A painful chastisement lies in store for them.
00:52:49They will wish to come out of the fire, but they will not. Theirs will be a long-lasting chastisement.
00:53:12As for the thief, male or female, cut off the hands of both. This is a recompense for what they've done and an exemplary punishment from Allah.
00:53:42Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
00:53:46But he who repents after he has committed wrong and makes amends, Allah will graciously turn to him.
00:54:09Truly, Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate.
00:54:34Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He chastises whom He wills and forgives whom He wills. Allah is All-Powerful.
00:55:04We believe in their mouths, but their hearts do not believe. And of those who are Jews, they listen to the lie, they listen to a people who have not yet come.
00:55:23They distort the Word after it has been revealed. They say, if you have been given this, take it, and if you have not been given it, beware.
00:55:38And whosoever Allah intends to persecute, he has no power from Allah. Those are the ones whom Allah does not intend to purify their hearts. For them in this world is disgrace, and in the Hereafter is a painful punishment.
00:56:09O Messenger, do not be grieved on account of those who vie with one another in disbelieving, even though they be those who say with their mouths, We believe, but their hearts have no faith.
00:56:25Or they be Jews who have their ears eagerly turned to falsehood, and spy for other people who did not chance to come to you, who pervert the words of Allah, taking them out of their proper context, in order to distort their meaning.
00:56:44They say to people, if such and such teaching is given to you, accept it. If you are not given that, then avoid it. You can be of no avail to him whom Allah wills to fall into error. Those are the ones whose hearts Allah does not want to purify. For them there is degradation in this world, and a mighty chastisement in the next.
00:57:14They are the ones who follow falsehood, and devour falsehood. So if they come to you, judge between them, or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them, they will not harm you at all. And if you judge, then judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who are just.
00:57:44They are the ones who follow falsehood, and devour falsehood. So if they come to you, judge between them, or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them, they will not harm you at all. And if you judge between them, judge with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who are just.
00:58:12And how can they judge you, when they have the Torah, in which is the judgment of Allah? Then they turn away after that. And those are not the believers.
00:58:42The fact is, they are not believers.
00:59:12So do not fear the people, and fear me, and do not buy with my verses a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has sent down, then those are the disbelievers.
00:59:42Those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed, are indeed disbelievers. And those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed, are indeed disbelievers.
01:00:09Those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed, are indeed the unbelievers.
01:00:39And therein, We had ordained for them a life for a life, and an eye for an eye, and a nose for a nose, and an ear for an ear, and a tooth for a tooth, and for all wounds, like for like.
01:01:09And whosoever forgoes it by way of charity, it will be for him an expiation. Those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed, are indeed the wrongdoers.
01:01:22And We covered their footsteps with Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming what was before him of the Torah, and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light, and confirming what was before him of the Torah, and guidance and understanding for the righteous.
01:01:52And We sent Jesus, the son of Mary, after those prophets, confirming the truth of whatever there still remained of the Torah, and We gave him the Gospel, wherein is guidance and light, and which confirms the truth of whatever there still remained of the Torah, and a guidance and admonition for the God-fearing.
01:02:15And let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein, and those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are the transgressors.
01:02:45And We sent down to you the Book with the truth, confirming what was before it of the Book, and a guarantee over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their whims.
01:03:15And if Allah had willed, He could have made you one nation, but that He might test you concerning that which He has given you.
01:03:39Then We revealed the Book to you, O Muhammad, with truth, confirming whatever of the Book was revealed before, and protecting and guarding over it.
01:04:02Judge then in the affairs of men in accordance with the law that Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires in disregard of the truth which has come to you.
01:04:15For each of you We have appointed a law and a way of life. And had Allah so willed, He would surely have made you one single community. Instead, He gave each of you a law and a way of life, in order to test you by what He gave you.
01:04:34Why then with one another in good works? Unto Allah is the return of all of you, and He will then make you understand the truth concerning the matters on which you disagreed.
01:05:04Therefore, judge between them, O Muhammad, by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their whims.
01:05:30Therefore, judge between them, O Muhammad, by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware lest they tempt you away from anything of what Allah has revealed to you.
01:05:45And if they turn away, then know well that Allah has indeed decided to afflict them for some of their sins, for surely many of them are transgressors.
01:05:57If they turn away from the law of Allah, do they desire judgment according to the law of ignorance? But whose judgment can be better than Allah's for those who have certainty of belief?
01:06:23O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. Some of them are allies of others, and whoever of you turns away from them is of them.
01:06:47Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
01:06:54Believers, do not take Jews and Christians for your allies. They are the allies of each other, and among you he who takes them for allies shall be regarded as one of them. Allah does not guide the wrongdoers.
01:07:11So you see those in whose hearts is a disease, they hasten to it, saying, We fear that it will strike us in a circle.
01:07:24Indeed, you see that those afflicted with the disease of hypocrisy race towards them, saying, We fear lest some misfortune overtakes us, and it may happen to us.
01:07:52And it may happen that Allah will either bring you a decisive victory or bring about something else from himself, and then they will feel remorseful at their hypocrisy, which they have kept concealed in their breasts.
01:08:09While those who believe will exclaim, Are these the self-same people who solemnly saw by Allah the Lord of the worlds?
01:08:36Are these the self-same people who solemnly saw by Allah that they were with you? All their acts have gone to waste, and now they are the losers.
01:09:06Believers, if any of you should ever turn away from the path of Allah, you will not be able to do it.
01:09:31Believers, if any of you should ever turn away from your faith, remember that Allah will raise up a people whom he loves and who love him, a people humble towards the believers and firm towards the unbelievers, who will strive hard in the way of Allah and will not fear the reproach of the reproacher.
01:09:58This is the favour of Allah, which he grants to whom he wills. Allah is all-resourceful, all-knowing.
01:10:06Only Allah, his Messenger, and those who believe and who establish prayer, pay zakah, and bow down before Allah, are your allies.
01:10:33All those who accept Allah and his Messenger and the believers as their allies should remember that the party of Allah will be triumphant.
01:10:57O you who have believed, do not take your religion as a joke and a game from those who were given the Book before you and the disbelievers as allies. And fear Allah if you are believers.
01:11:27Believers, do not take for your allies those who make a mockery and sport of your faith, be they those given the Book before you or other unbelievers. Fear Allah if you indeed believe.
01:11:43And when you are called to pray, they take it for a mockery and sport. That because they are a people who do not understand.
01:12:10Say to them,
01:12:39People of the Book, do you hate us for anything else except that we believe in Allah and in the teaching which has been revealed to us and in the teaching which was revealed before? Indeed, most of you are transgressors.
01:13:09Then say to them,
01:13:29Shall I tell you about those whose retribution with Allah will be even worse? They are the ones whom Allah has cursed and have incurred His wrath, and some of whom were changed into apes and swine and who served the false deities. Such have an even worse rank and have strayed farther away from the right path.
01:13:53And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe. And when they come to you, they say, We believe.
01:14:23And you will see many of them hastening towards sin and transgression and devouring unlawful earnings. Evil indeed is what they do.
01:14:49Why is it that their scholars and jurists do not forbid them from sinful utterances and devouring unlawful earnings? Indeed, they have been contriving evil.
01:15:18And the Jews will say, The hand of Allah is misguided. Their hands are misguided, and they have been cursed for what they have said.
01:15:28Rather, His hands are extended, He spends as He wills, and most of them will surely increase what has been sent down to you from your Lord as transgression and disbelief.
01:15:51And We will cast among them the torment and the tyranny until the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they ignite the fire of war, Allah will put it out, and they will run about the earth in corruption. And Allah does not like the corrupters.
01:16:16The Jews say, The hand of Allah is fettered. It is their own hands which are fettered, and they stand cursed for the evil they have uttered. No, His hands are outspread, He spends as He wills.
01:16:32Surely, the message that has been revealed to you from your Lord has increased many of them in their insurgence and unbelief, and so We have cast enmity and spite among them until the Day of Resurrection.
01:16:49And as often as they kindle the fire of war, Allah extinguishes it, and they go about trying to spread mischief on earth, whereas Allah does not love those who spread mischief.
01:17:19Had the people of the Book only believed and been God-fearing, We should surely have effaced from them their evil deeds and caused them to enter the gardens of bliss.
01:17:49Surely, they would have eaten from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them is a people who are moderate, and many of them are evil in what they do.
01:18:19Surely, the message that has been revealed to you from your Lord has increased many of them in their insurgence and unbelief, and so We have cast enmity and spite among them until the Day of Resurrection.
01:18:37O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, you have not conveyed His message, and Allah will protect you from the people. Surely, Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
01:19:07O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, you have not conveyed His message, and Allah will protect you from the people. Surely, Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
01:19:37O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, you have not conveyed His message, and Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.
01:20:07Surely, the message that has been revealed to you from your Lord has increased many of them in their insurgence and unbelief, and so We have cast enmity and spite among them until the Day of Resurrection.
01:20:31Surely, the message that has been revealed to you from your Lord has increased many of them in their insurgence and unbelief, and so We have cast enmity and spite among them until the Day of Resurrection.
01:21:01O Christians, neither fear shall fall upon them, nor shall they have any reason to grieve.
01:21:31We took a covenant from the children of Israel and sent to them many messengers, but whenever any messenger brought to them something that did not suit their desires, they gave the lie to some of them and killed the others.
01:21:53And they thought that it would not be a trial, so they became blind and deaf, then Allah repented to them, then they became blind and deaf, many of them. And Allah is Seer of what they do.
01:22:15Thinking that no harm would come from it, thus they became blind and deaf to the truth. Thereafter, Allah turned towards them in gracious forgiveness, but many of them became even more deaf and blind to the truth. Allah sees all that they do.
01:22:35Those who say, Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary, have disbelieved. And the Messiah said, O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. He is the one who associates partners with Allah, so Allah has forbidden him Paradise and his abode is the Fire.
01:23:03And surely they disbelieved when they said, Christ, the son of Mary, is indeed God. Whereas Christ had said, Children of Israel, serve Allah, who is your Lord and my Lord. Allah has forbidden Paradise to those who associate anything with him in his divinity.
01:23:33And their refuge shall be the Fire. No one will be able to help such wrongdoers.
01:24:04Those who said, Allah is one of the three, certainly they disbelieved, for there is no God save the one God. And if they do not give up this claim, all who have disbelieved among them shall be subjected to painful chastisement.
01:24:25Will they not then turn to Allah in repentance and ask for His forgiveness? Allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate.
01:24:46The Messiah, the son of Mary, was no more than a messenger.
01:25:10The Messiah, the son of Mary, was no more than a messenger before whom many messengers have passed away, and his mother adhered wholly to truthfulness, and they both ate food as other mortals do.
01:25:27See how we make our signs clear to them and see where they are turning away.
01:25:33Say, Do you serve instead of Allah that which has no power either to harm or benefit you? Whereas Allah alone is all-hearing, all-knowing.
01:26:00Say, O People of the Book, do not be over-confident in your religion other than the truth, and do not follow the desires of a people who have gone astray before, and who have gone astray much, and who have gone astray from the right path.
01:26:25Say, O People of the Book, do not exceed the proper limits in your religion at the cost of truth, and do not follow the caprices of the people who strayed before, and caused others to go astray, and strayed far away from the right path.
01:26:44Those of the children of Israel who took to unbelief have been cursed by the tongue of David and Jesus, the son of Mary, for they rebelled against God.
01:27:14They rebelled and exceeded the bounds of right.
01:27:18They did not forbid each other from committing the abominable deeds they committed. Evil indeed was what they did.
01:27:37And now you can see many of them taking the unbelievers instead of the believers for their allies.
01:28:04Indeed, they have sent forth evil for themselves. Allah is angry with them, and they shall abide in chastisement.
01:28:34For had they truly believed in Allah and the Messenger and what was sent down to him, they would not have taken the unbelievers instead of believers for their allies. But many of them have altogether rebelled against Allah.
01:28:52You will surely find the worst of people as an enemy to those who believe in the Jews and those who ascribe partners to Allah. And you will surely find the nearest of them as a lover to those who believe, those who say, We are Christians.
01:29:15That is because some of them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.
01:29:45They are closest to feeling affection for those who believe, this because there are worshipful priests and monks among them, and because they are not arrogant.
