00:32According to the lawsuit, Tempo Music says Flowers duplicates numerous melodic,

00:36harmonic, and lyrical elements of When I Was Your Man.

00:52In the filings, Tempo Music alleges,

00:55it is undeniable based on the combination and number of similarities between the two recordings

01:00that Flowers could not exist without When I Was Your Man.

01:04While Bruno's song is at the center of the lawsuit, Bruno himself is not suing Miley and her team.
