00:00Manila Water's customers are expected to pay an additional P1 for every P1 they receive from Manila Water.

00:08This is because of the Foreign Currency Differential Adjustment, or FCDA,

00:12or the loss or income of water concessionaires whenever the exchange rate of P1 is fluctuating against the money of other countries if they are paying abroad.

00:21From October 1 to the end of December, P3.65 to P16.54 is the additional P1 of Manila Water depending on the consumption.

00:32And for the customers of Manila, P83.00 to P6.00 or P6.43 is the P1 depending on the consumption.

00:42When January 1 arrives, the P1 may change again because the MWSS Regulatory Office will pass the FCDA.
