01:50This is not the amendment of the court.

01:52This court is being destroyed.

01:54The Supreme Court of Pakistan has been terminated.

01:57Which is a constitutional court.

01:59The jurisdictions of the High Court have been completely terminated.

02:01An issue has been made that the High Court has not been written on national security.

02:05An example of a High Court judge will be of a common bureaucrat, whose ACR will be written

02:10every year, on which they will check that the judge is doing the right thing.

02:13If he is not doing the right thing, then he will be sent to the Supreme Judicial Council.

02:16And who is the majority in the Supreme Judicial Council?

02:19Those of the judges of the Constitutional Court, who will be their own people.

03:41The Supreme Court is the biggest court and of all the courts.

03:44The constitutional status of the Supreme Court should not be terminated, sir.

03:48You cannot make a Supreme Court and appoint judges of your choice.

03:52Sir, you tell me, if the judges of your choice, and those who are listening,

03:56that it is possible that the incumbent Chief Justice,

03:58the things that are being heard on your channel,

04:00because why is the age set for 68 years?

04:03That a retired judge or a judge who will retire from the Supreme Court of his choice,

04:07he will think that I will continue to work as a judge for the government,

04:11I am also against that there should be a difference in the age of the judges of the High Court and the Supreme Court.

04:16Because when a judge becomes a senior, he is getting close to 62 years,

04:19the retirement age, he thinks that if I get elevated to the Supreme Court,

04:24then I will get three more years.

04:26So I am also against this.

04:28The age of both the courts should be equal.

04:30Even the Constitutional Court, which I say is under the Supreme Court,

04:34should also be 65 years old.

04:37So this is the thing.

04:39But the way they are,

04:41they have made the Supreme Court their home,

04:44and made the Supreme Court a civil court.

04:46So this cannot happen.

04:48And the Chief Justice will not be Pakistan.

04:49The Chief Justice will be the Supreme Court.

04:51And Article 209,

04:53which is your article,

04:55how a judge has to be judged,

04:59Article 209,

05:01in that the majority is given to the judges of the Constitutional Court.

05:04So whoever comes,

05:05the High Court,

05:06because his performance is not good,

05:08he will be going to the Supreme Judicial Council.

05:10The rest of the judges will also be going there.

05:34Justice Abdul Qadir Chaudhry was there,

05:36who later became the Chief Justice.
