00:12This 12-year-old man was arrested after he was arrested by Valenzuela Police in Piligri, Rizal, in a robbery.

00:21In 2012, the 45-year-old suspect committed multiple robberies in a minor of the same age.

00:28This case started in 2012.

00:35A 15-year-old girl was arrested by her neighbor, a construction work worker.

00:43A confidential informant was able to teach the suspect how to rob a 15-year-old girl.

00:55The man was counted among the top most wanted by the Valenzuela City Police.

00:59The accused refused to give a statement about the accusations against him.

01:04No comment, ma'am.

01:06However, he did not deny that he lived in Piligri, Rizal.

01:10Almost 12 years.

01:13Three counts of rape were filed against the arrested suspect.
