00:00Hi, so I'm Nick and I'm from Black Welsh Lamb. My wife Sarah and I have been farming organic

00:06sheep for 25 years, now we're going into vines. So we're planting two hectares, four and a half

00:11thousand vines, and we're going to be planting four varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier,

00:16Sauvel Blanc and Ortega. So the field we've chosen is south-facing, well-drained,

00:21pH is slightly low, so we've just lined, we've put maglime onto the field for this year.

00:27We've ordered our vines now, they're being grafted in Germany. We're going to be planting

00:30in May of next year, really looking forward to that and we're expecting our first harvest in 2028.
