00:00The latest survey by pollster SWS shows public satisfaction with the Marcos administration
00:06rose by 10 percentage points in the second quarter of 2024.
00:1062 percent of the 1,500 respondents surveyed nationwide in June say they were satisfied
00:16with the government's performance.
00:18Only 52 percent said the same in March.
00:20Meanwhile, 22 percent say they were dissatisfied, not much different from the 23 percent in
00:26March.
00:27Undecided respondents dropped eight percentage points in June.
00:30This means the Marcos administration got a net satisfaction rating of plus 40 in the
00:34second quarter, which SWS qualifies as good.
00:38That's up from the moderate plus 29 in the first quarter.
00:42The government scored highest in helping victims of disasters, improving the quality of children's
00:47education, and helping the poor.
