00:24have to take time for yourself, but even with your nutrition, there's a proper way
00:28to eat. Sometimes you have to purge, and fast, and cleanse, and other times you
00:32have to build, and fortify, and strengthen, and then as it pertains to
00:36detoxification, you got to deal with candida, and different elements like
00:41parasites, and all the various things. If you eat something excessively, and you
00:47consume too much dairy, you get phlegm in your throat, so all of those things that
00:51you deal with from the level of health and nutrition, exercise, sleep, rest, and
