00:11It is expected to bring intense rain to Mimaropa, Western Visayas, Sorsogon, Asbate and Negros Occidental from today until tomorrow noon

00:20Pagasa is also monitoring a potential low-pressure area east of Luzon that might prolong rainy conditions

00:26Meanwhile Negros Occidental faces risks from ongoing volcanic activity at Mount Canlaon which could cause lahar flows

00:33During heavy downpour residents are advised to stay alert for potential flooding and volcanic hazards
