Ex-members, victims of GISB members urged to come forward

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain has called on former members of Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB) and those who have been victimised by the company to come forward to assist the police in the investigations.  GISB has been linked to the Al-Arqam religious sect, which was banned by the government in 1994. 00:00On our side, the purpose of this investigation is to bring children's rights, children's sexual rights,

00:13which I mentioned earlier, 2001-2007.

00:18Then, in addition to that, the Human Trafficking Act, or ATIPSOM, Act 670.

00:28Then, the investigation and other crimes that we will investigate with the Ministry of Health,

00:35we will investigate with other ministries of Education, Ministry of Welfare.

00:42Indeed, we know that there are other crimes.

00:44We also ask former officers who have been victims to appear in front of us,

00:52to make a police report or give us information.

00:56In addition to that, we also have information saying that the ISB has an investigation under a fraud case.

01:05There may be some agreements.

01:06So, we ask these victims to appear in front of us for our investigation.
