00:22Currently, the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat still continues to have an effect on the mainland area.

00:27We expect that it will rain and there will be heavy rainfall in the Zambales-Bataan area.

00:36In the Ilocos Region, it is possible that it will rain.

00:39Metro Manila and other parts of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies, there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

00:58We did not raise any warning to any country in our country.

01:05At the moment, we are monitoring a low-pressure area.

01:10The one inside the P.A.R. last day, it already came out during the early hours.

01:17For another low-pressure area outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility,

01:22this low-pressure area has a higher chance of a localized thunderstorm.

01:27It is possible that it will enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility by Thursday or Friday.

01:33And when that day comes, around Thursday or Friday,

01:37it is possible that it will hit Habagat and it is also possible that it will bring rain,

01:43mostly in the Visayas and Mindanao area.
