00:32Residents are just helping him, but it's hard for them to take care of him because of his illness.
00:38For now, he has fixed his umbrella so that it won't get wet by the rain.
00:43The barangay is now monitoring the grandfather's condition.
00:46Authorities have called on anyone who knows the grandfather to contact them.
