00:07You've seen us do a couple other items in the past of quick smells and differentiating between hot and not hot, you know, scent or no scent boxes.
00:16But right now what I'm going to do is I'm going to continue to shape duration at source.
00:20This way it's a little easier to tell that I'm making sure she's getting sniffs in there.
00:26So I'm just going to start slowly, very microscopic levels of an increase in marking and rewarding when she's at source.

01:12There we go. So just very slow and deliberate increases.
01:16I mean, it's I'm not even counting one second in my head in between them.
01:20It's like an increase of, you know, before I can say one, I'm pretty much going one mark, one mark.
01:28You know, and just I don't want to try to increase it too fast because I don't want her to lose or extinguish the behavior we're shaping.
01:35Yeah, good girls.

01:50Big one for that.
01:52She looked at me, went back and stuck her face in it some more.
01:55So that's going to be a jackpot.
01:58I picked these up.
01:59I don't want to try to eat off the ground or lose this session.
02:02It's a little hard to see your face sometimes, so that might not have been the best mark.
02:21Even on that one, her pushing it with her face a little bit, you know, I mean, that's kind of that level of frustration I'm trying to avoid.
02:27But, you know, it's not perfect every time and we'll just continue to get better reps and mark and reward for better reps.
02:34That way we can kind of overcome that issue.

03:09So these are coming quick, you know, and she's like turning around right away.
03:12So that was a badly timed one.
03:16But I like that she's going back to it to try to get her head there again.
03:28Now, I will say one of the downsides of imprinting and, you know, having the reward back to you is they have a tendency to come back to you more and to want to look at you rather than, you know, looking at where their sources.
03:47So we can discuss how to fix that in a future post.
03:50But for now, I just wanted to get this out.
